Wir haben im Vorfeld die vielen positiven Bewertungen gelesen und ja, es stimmt. Hier nur ein paar Dinge die uns auch noch positiv aufgefallen sind. Äußerst freundliche Begrüßung, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, kostenpflichtig als auch kostenlos in der Nähe des Hotels, unser Zimmer, im 1. Stock, hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten als auch den Teide und dem Meer. Eigentlich unglaublich. Das Zimmer ist sehr sinnvoll ausgestattet, z.B. genügend Bügel in den Schränken, im Bad und Balkon genügend Hacken und Handtuchhalter montiert, so das man auch mehrere Handtücher und ähnliches zum Trocknen aufhängen kann. 2 Menüs à la carte und zusätzlich Büfett, als auch einen festen Tisch, empfanden wir als sehr angenehm, wer wollte, konnte auch auf der Terrasse Platz nehmen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel vollumfänglich.

Erg fijn hotel met betrokken personeel, mooie tuinen. Niet op loopafstand van zee, maar dat vonden wij niet een probleem. A la carte eten was heel goed, het buffetrestaurant beviel ons minder.

L'hôtel est niché dans un jardin magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur la ville. Le personnel est accueillant, chaleureux et sympathique. Les chambres sont impeccables. Rien à dire. Le lieu parfait pour des avances au calme.

The hotel proved an excellent choice for us. The staff were extremely pleasant and efficient. The gardens and pool were lovely. Would not hesitate to stay again if we visit Tenerife.

A great hotel. The staff and management are really friendly and helpful and want to do anything they can to ensure you have a good stay. Beautiful gardens, plentiful tasty breakfast and dinner, plus attention to detail. EG plenty of plug sockets, hangers, storage space, good mirror locations a proper hair dryer, comfortable bed, big shower. We would definitely come back again.

Absoluter Volltreffer, in Teneriffa findet man nur selten ein Hotel in solch einer tollen Lage mit so einer grünen und gepflegten Umgebung. Groß genug, dass es alles gibt was man braucht und dennoch nicht zu groß wie die überladenen Ferien Bunker am Meer. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt um 3 weitere Nächte verlängert, dies hat uns die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption sogar zum vorigen Buchungspreis pro Nacht verlängert. Toller Service an Rezeption und im Restaurant. Weiter so!

Das Hotel Tigaiga ist eine angenehme und beliebte Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung. Das Hotel liegt etwas oberhalb des Stadtzentrums und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung von Puerto de la Cruz. Erholung findet man im nahe gelegenen Taoro-Park.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet reichlich Abwechslung und das Abendessen ist ebenfalls abwechslungsreich und gut. Dem familiengeführten Hotel merkt man an, dass die Besitzer für ihre Gäste das Beste wollen. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.
