El hotel está ubicado en el centro del Pueblo, tiene una vista linda. Aunque no sé si haya habitaciones con más espacio y una sola cama, ya que la de nosotros y nuestros amigos tenían camas dobles king o queen y eso quita espacio. De todo lo demás estuvo bien la estancia

Un Hotel muy agradable, aunque el diseño de baño de la suite fue algo inusual sin puerta, y en el piso 3 hay mucho demasiado ruido por el Bar que está en la terraza del piso 4, movimiento de personas, sillas, mobiliario, ect. así que si tienes problemas para dormir, mejor pide otro piso que no sea el 3.

Excelente ubicación, si el centro de Tepa es tu destino. El Hotel muy limpio y recién remodelado. Con un restaurante en la azotea muy bonito y con una vista igual, muy bonita! Pero no tiene estacionamiento a pesar de que el anuncio dice que si y que es gratis. Cuesta 70 pesos por día y está retirado del hotel. Por la noche no hay quien abra y cierre el estacionamiento.

Osvaldo a front desk guy was rude since my arrival the throw away my drink then I call to the hotel to see I can speak w one on my my roommates and after I got interviewed he said don't provide that kind of service to transfer a call or let them know someone is on the line . Hotel was kind of noise become on top of my room was a restaurant bar so many nights I couldn't sleep well rooms are tiny and you were not allowed to use their AC less than 21 degrees . Never again booking in that hotel

Este hotel tiene una buena locación ya que está en frente de las dos plazas principales. Hay muchas opciones cercanas para comer y hacer compras. Está en un área bastante transitada, así que hay mucho ruido durante el día y noche. La suite está bastante amplia y fue perfecta para nuestra familia. Esta fue nuestra segunda estancia en este hotel.

Exelent stay
It was a very goos stay. The room was a bit cool and didn't have heater. Also it can be a bit noisy. But location was excelente, service was excelente, room was super clean. Overall a good stay.

I like the location the morning receptionist her name is Vanessa (I think) excellent service but the night guy reception he was terrible didn't care about my concern I call him 4 times telling him the room doesn't have hot water he said to let it run because it takes a while I let it run for 30 mins and nothing what a waste of water I actually went down stairs with my mascara on and told him again there is no hot water I told him to switch me room he said he dent have with 2 beds so what he did he have me the key of the next room so we can use the shower how ridiculous is that he didn't care about my concern and I got more pissed that Im here with no hot water and the front desk guy on his phone watching a movie WOW

Although street parking was limited due to the hotel being next to the downtown plaza, this stay was excellent. Nice room and great customer service.

Hotel is located right in the center, facing the plaza. It does get loud at night and on weekends loud until 3AM from all the people and cars on the streets. We had the room with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. There is a internal window on top of the room's door and you will have to beg the front desk person to turn off the light in the corridor everynight in order to be able to sleep. The room is way too cold. There's an AC unit that supposedly has a heating function - didn't work. I had ordered a package (medication) and the reception person refused to accept the package eventhough the name was clear. The package was delivered again the following day and the reception person again refused to accept it eventhough we gave them heads up. Very bad customer care.

Free parking should be left out
Although the hotel claims that is has free-parking, there is a surcharge of $70 MX. Although this may be not much, its almost the same price as any public parking in the area (even those closer to the hotel). And, at least in my opinion, is fake advertising.

This hotel is only a few months old, so everything is in great condition. We stayed in a suite that was very spacious (1 king size bed, two queen beds, two bathrooms, and 2 TVs). It’s located right in front of the two main plazas, and the main church. It’s in the heart of downtown, and conveniently located to access restaurants, shopping, city museum, churches... The only thing that can be a problem for many is that the church’s bells are constantly ringing (even throughout the night) traffic can be loud, and people too. The balcony faces the street. We weren’t bothered by this. We would definitely be returning to Estancia Real.

The hotel was in a great location, everything is brand new and the staff was great. My favorite thing about the hotel was the rooftop restaurant Lola's with an amazing staff. They not only remember you but make you feel like you're the only guest. I learned that the hotel plans to add more amenities such as breakfast, which would be a great addition. It would also be nice if the restaurant were open throughout the day and not just in the evening. Possibly with the addition or incorporation of room service (especially during the rainy season). Otherwise excellent!
