“I have not experienced the problems here on previous stays and was a little taken aback. The staff was their usual friendly selves but I was so disappointed in the bathroom in our room. There were hairs far too long to belong to my husband or I. It's funny how different the view is from the tub! It appears to be a long time since anyone concerned themself with the toilet's under-rim. The wall beside the tub has not had a wipe down in a long time. “The resort is about 30 mins away from town, not the resorts fault but I would get a bit car sick every time we left the grounds because the roads were so bendy. Resort is excellent, took a bit to find the gates code box. Door lock was jammed but after a few tugs it was fine. The house itself was comfortable and very clean and the overall experience i would say is excellent compared to a tiny hotel room”
