Peaceful retreat
Our vacation to Yosemite and Sequoia was wonderful and included staying at this beautiful house in the foothills in Three Rivers. Perfectly located and convenient to several restaurants and the Village Market where you’ll find everything you need (if you want to cook). Dusty was a wonderful host. Communicated timely. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need, tastefully decorated and very cozy. Much appreciated after long days of hiking and exploring. We did not have the opportunity to enjoy the pool or spa but it looked very inviting and clean. The sound of the roaring river nearby was very peaceful. The road to get to the house is a single lane mountain road with some curves that can be problematic if you’re not paying attention or planning ahead for an oncoming car. Only once did someone else come around too fast. I highly recommend Dusty’s cabin if you are planning a trip to Sequoia NP!

Great location and super cabin
Great location with very easy access to Sequoia NP. Three Rivers is a nice little town with several fun restaurants and coffee shops. The cabin was very clean and spacious with lots of nice updates. The host, Dusty, is extremely attentive. We especially appreciated the nice touch of a coffee and tea drawer for the keurig! Highly recommend!

Three Rivers updated cabin
Dusty has done an amazing job with this cabin. It is clean, organized, updated, beautifully decorated and has so many extra amenities that had made our stay that much better! He provides small appliances, soap and shampoo, games, beach towels for the hot tub and pool and even a cooler to take for the day if you go on an outing. He is an excellent host and responds to any question very quickly. You will love staying here!

Great place
Clean, well stocked rental. The only things we think needs put in the description is how far the property is off the main road. The roads back to the property is one lane. We have a bigger vehicle and was pulling a trailer carrying our husband’s mobility scooters. We could not pass anyone on the road. Everything else was great.

Beautiful home in the Sequoia foothills
During our trip to California, we had the good fortune to stay at Dusty's beautiful property. Extremely clean and well-appointed, the cabin is in the middle of the beautiful Three Rivers foothills near Sequoia. As it was still winter, the Generals Highway was closed due to snow, but the nearby lake/reservoir provided some nice hiking opportunities. Kitchen was awesome and the fireplace gave us some needed warmth. We made use of the grill and the brand new hot tub - amazing after a hard day of hiking. If we are fortunate to pass this way again, we'd love to stay in this gem of a property. And Dusty - thanks for the excellent communications. Cheers!

Dusty is a very friendly host. He will answer any questions right away. The cabin is very cozy with all the amenities that we needed to spend a fun weekend close to Sequoia.

Great place near Sequoia!
Property was just as advertised! Immaculately clean and extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Convenient to the town of Three Rivers and minutes to Sequoia National Park, it was the perfect home base to explore the area. Highly recommended this home.

Beautiful & Relaxing
Arrived Saturday night easy to find. Once in the cabin everything was beautiful. It’s cozy, modern, easy access to everything. The rooms are spacious and have beautiful decor. The fireplace was easy to use. I loved the layout. Living room dining room and kitchen are all connected and it really keeps the family connected no matter where everyone is. The kitchen has every utensil you can possibly need and more. Access to board games for family fun. Waking up the next day was an amazing sight. We arrived at night so we didn’t get to see much of the outdoors until the morning. Walked out of the cabin to a scenic view of the hill. Outdoor pool available with grill and table chairs. Around the cabin is a small trail where we saw a family of deer! Such a beautiful sight.

All the Comforts of home!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cozy cabin in the woods! Our first evening, we were even visited by a black bear! The home is just as described with all the comforts of home. So much thought and attention was put into the amenities. The home had everything we needed and then some! Beds and pillows were super comfy. Location was super close to Sequoia National Park. Loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

I would highly recommend this cabin! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners did a great job! We enjoyed how open the living room, kitchen, and dining area were. It was awesome to sit around the fire and just relax. Communication from the host was great. On top of that, the entrance to Sequoia National Park is very close.

Comfortable stay
We were visiting Sequoia NP from Yosemite and we felt this was the best up to date place to stay and it was! about 15 min to NP it is a little drive to get to place but worth it. Saw lots of mule deer and wild turkeys Very peaceful and private. We ate dinner at the Pizza Factory in town- very good and enjoyed Sequoia Coffee co too. Didn't cook in but place was well stocked with whatever you needed....comfortable beds too! Owner very responsive.

My family and I spent 3 nights in this beautiful home, minutes from the sequoia national park entrance. This property is obviously new and built right. Luxurious and under-priced. Everything was provided and extremely comfortable. We were able to enjoy the local wild life from the property to include turkeys and a bear. Despite the exciting animal guests, we felt completely safe and enjoyed the entire trip. This property is my #1 choice for this destination.

We stayed at this beautiful cabin for a family getaway and enjoyed it so much ! You are in the mountains but you have everything you need and more!! the place is so clean and modern you gotta love it! Excellent location only couple miles down to the south entrance of the Park! We loved it and definitely coming back !

What a pleasant surprise it was to arrive at our house. The owner thought of everything. But beyond that… The quality of workmanship in the house is outstanding. Everything is so well done. Whoever built the house or remodeled it was excellent. I only say this because my husband is retired but he used to be a general contractor. After a long hike in Sequoia National park, we all came home to a dip in the pool and a barbecue dinner. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Work Trip Retreat
I worked for a week in Visalia and wanted a private place to enjoy nature and relax. This cabin was it! I absolutely loved the location, privacy, and the quality of the house. I felt safe by myself and enjoyed watching the different birds and wild turkeys from the porch. Property manager was responsive to all of my questions. One day I brought my team to enjoy the cabin for our work. It provided the perfect setting to get work accomplished and fellowship.

Beautiful, cozy, spacious, accessible
My friends and I stayed here because of its accessibility to Sequoia National Park. Although the roads are narrow and winding, the wondrous scenery more than makes up for that. The interior is designed with a cozy woodsy aesthetic and is clean and organized. The living room, dining area, and kitchen comprise the common area, and with the high ceilings and big windows, the overall effect feels very spacious. There's plenty of cooking ware and we especially appreciated the Keurig coffee maker. Planning our outings was easy too--there was no issues with wi-fi. Dusty was quick to answer any of our questions, and he also shared nearby eats and attractions at Three Rivers. I definitely recommend this cabin for a relaxing and accessible stay.
