The staff is super gentle and they are willing to help you well above and beyond. I loved the breakfast! Was a choice of 4 different meals, in a small portion, but tasty. Also, you can drink as you want to. I liked the place.

Altamente recomendado cerca de los museos
Me encanto el hotel. Me interesaba quedarme en Ueno ya que están cerca muchos de lo suyo Museos. Caminar al parque con los museos y templos, así como al metro para visitar otras zonas de la ciudad era muy fácil. La cama y almohadas eran muy cómodas y se sentía muy limpio. Además el personal sumamente amable.

Bonito y cómodo, aunque el sistema de regaderas y baños es bastante confuso. Como estos se comparten, la limpieza no es excelente. Muy buen desayuno.

Amazing hotel!
Amazing hotel! Rooms are spacious (really spacious for Japan), bed was comfy, staff super nice, common spaces were a great area to hang out and meet new people plus you had a complete kitchen if you felt like cooking, food in the bar was also very good. Everything was clean and I never had to wait for the toilet or shower. The only con was the women's shower on the 3rd floor only

Fantástico y muy Moderno
Mi estancia fue muy placentera, cabe destacar que es mi primera vez en Japón, el hotel es nuevecito con un concepto muy moderno, en mi caso pedí una habitación con baño privado (vale la pena) los espacios en la habitación son mucho más que aceptables, considerando el estándar en Tokio. Me encantó el concepto, tiene una área social y cocina compartida donde puedes pasar el rato (en mi caso allí vimos la pelea de box de Mayweather vs MacGregor) todo muy limpio y el personal excesivamente amable y complaciente. Allí mismo puedes tomar el desayuno (ese lo puedes incluir en la tarifa de la habitación) que es fantástico (si te vas a quedar menos de 3 noches) tienes 4 o 5 platillos a elegir a la carta. Las estaciones de trasporte (Nezu o Ueno) de JR (que son las que ten venden el Rail Pass, otra cosa que vale la pena adquirir con anticipación por qué no lo venden ya en Japón) están a más de 15min a pie, así que considéralo aunque puedes tomar un taxi si llevas maletas o ir en bicicleta (que puedes rentar en el hotel). En general pensaron en todo, hasta te prestan paraguas por si llueve y tienen mapas de todos los alrededores con los sitios de interés.

Good value for money. Rooms are small, perhaps, average for a Japanese hotel. Convenient walking distance to the University of Tokyo Yayui campus where my meetings were. Quiet neighbourhood, close to Nezu Metro station.

The staff are so friendly, helpful, and considerate! I stayed in a shared women’s dormitory and it was surprisingly nice there. My first hostel experience and I would say this is even better than one of the hotels I’ve been to in Japan. The price is unbeatable for the service and amenities that you get here.

Super easy check-in cause mobile check-in is available. Arrived early and availed of there checked luggage service while we went out to eat and came back during check-in time. One of us was able to use their co-working space to study and catch up with missed lessons while on vacation.

宿泊施設で食事ができました。 予約していなくても食べることができたので、助かりました。 清潔でした。 タオルを毎日取り換えてもらえた。 パジャマを借りれた（無料） いつでもシャワーを利用できた。（シャンプーやトリートメントが常備してあって助かった） 暖房の器具の充実。暖かかった（1月の利用） 根津駅が徒歩圏内であり、交通の便が良かった。 歩いて、上野動物園に行けた。予定外の行動ができて、見識も深まった。 スタッフが優しくて親切であった。 意外だったのは、女性トイレを利用しているのに便座が上がっていたのは不思議であった。また、いつもトイレの蓋が上がっていた。 習慣の違いを感じた(#^.^#)

公用廚房的餐具和烹調用具非常齊全、公用區有電視、電腦可以使用。 女生宿舎有獨立的冷暖氣機和有加濕功能的空氣清淨機，每天提供大小毛巾和沐浴用品，很方便。但往上層床舖的梯子是垂直的，省空間但不容易爬。 屋頂空間很不錯，看得到晴空塔，夏天應該很適合利用。

JR駅からは徒歩15分弱と少し距離はありますが、地下鉄駅からは5分未満の好立地です。 値段が安い割にはドミトリーは綺麗でロッカーも非常に大きく、共用スペースも広く快適です。 シャワールームに、体を冷やすための送風機が設置されている点もポイントが高いです。 毎日のビール＆ナッツ無料サービスも実施されており、普通に買ったら1000円弱はする内容に思えます。 スタッフの皆さんも大変のフレンドリーで礼儀も正しく、素晴らしい接客でした。
