podrían mejorar la higiene en los cuartos
En general fue buena la estancia, aunque el edificio es viejo y el cuarto estaba sucio. Debajo de la cama había polvo, papel y unas sandalias que no correspondían a las personas que nos hospedamos, por lo que concluimos que no limpiaron.

FRAUDE, SUCIEDAD, ENGAÑO, NO ASCENSOR.
-El hotel cometió FRAUDE: pagamos por habitación con cama doble y nos dieron una cama y un sofá. -Habitación sucia. -Es un 5º piso y no puedes usar ascensor a partir de las 23 h. -Dejamos un objeto olvidado y al ponernos en contacto con el hotel no nos contestó.

Buen sitio, cerca del centro de Tokio
Es un hotel para dormir, no para pasar el día. Tiene muchas comodidades para el precio. Solo hablan japonés, pero pues si estas en Japón es normal. El baño es compartido y solo hay una sala para bañarse lo cual puede ser un problema. Te dan cafe, te, yukata, toallas, etc. Volveria a quedarme ahí.

カプセルホテルに泊まるのと比較すると、個室で広々と過ごせるのは快適でした。 私の部屋には冷蔵庫もあり、独り暮らしの自室のような感覚でした。 深夜はエレベーターが止まるため¥階まで階段を上がること、ドアの下に隙間があり、廊下や隣室の音がまぁまぁ聞こえることぐらいでしょうか。 お風呂はシャワーのみとなっており、初日は歯ブラシが補充されていませんでした。 施設は古いですが、料金相応だと思います。

寝るだけなら文句なし
宿泊に何を求めるかによると思いますが、お風呂に入ることができて、眠ることができるので、よかったなぁと思います。シーツなどは清潔です。宿泊した時は、他のお客様が少なかったと思いますが、音は響きます。トイレ、バスは共用です。私は全く気にならないので、快適に過ごすことができました。

スタッフさん達がとても親切で好印象でした。安くて居心地も良かったです。口コミにあったように壁は薄い様で、遅くに帰ってきた隣の来た客の音がうるさくて起きたけど、疲れていたので爆睡出来た。 気になる人は耳栓すればいいかもね。

年金生活者にとってはコスパ最高
ヘタなカプセルホテルに泊まって、寝られずに不満のため息をつくぐらいなら、こちらのほうがよっぽどマシ。至る所が古いが、それが「味」になっている。ツルピカのきれいな処でないと落ち着かない人にはお勧めしないが、年金生活者にとってはコスパ最高。

就地點而言，在這區段是很划算的選擇。雖然是老旅館，但乾淨度不錯，提供的額外服務相當特別而且多樣（可出借很多樣的工具類），有免費的茶水和咖啡，唯一美中不足是隔音差，除此之外CP值算是很不錯的

Hôtel sympathique,assez atypique dans l'ambiance" japonaise",par contre le personnel n'est pas multilingue,où alors L'anglais de base n'en fait pas partis 😂. À part ça,le lit étais un peu dur et la chambre petite,et si les voisins de chambres sont bruyants,l'isolation sonore est très moyenne...nous prendrons la gamme de chambre au dessus la prochaine fois,à part ces éléments,l'hôtel est agréable.

It was okay
This is a good spot to stay at if you're just looking for a place to rest your head at and don't want to pay a lot for. It's not the best in terms of cleanliness and the room was too hot even with the air-con on but the host was super helpful and nice. Be sure to bring earplugs because the walls are paper thin.

Good budget friendly accommodation
First of all a good location close to Bakurocho railway station just a 2 minute walk. This is a budget friendly accommodation with basic facilities but all you need for sightseeing in Tokyo. Tea and coffee provided and a small kitchen type area. Showers and bathrooms are communal, Japanese style. Staff were very nice and helpful, plenty of information at the hotel and good English is spoken. Overall the place is tired and basic but it’s reflected in the price. If you’re not fussy and just want to get your head down, it’s good.

Cheap but hairy
Even when a hotel is cheap you would wish that the floors weren't full of hairs after the previous guests. And you could expect more than two toilets when it's shared with dozens of other guests. You could also wish that there were two rooms with showers - not one for all genders (called family bathroom (!?!).)

Worthwhile for short stay
The room is clean and its space is large. Staff are very kind and show their hospitality. You will be surprised by the rare metal puzzle games(4 difficulty levels), tour guide pamphlets and abundant comic books. Location is also close to Bakuro Yokoyama / Higashi Nihonbashi MRT station. You can find some unique restaurant along the main road. Noise and smoke are two biggest problems. If you bring ear plugs and you don't care about smoke, this is good place for you.

駅から近くバックパッカー用としての上質宿
駅から近く便利。部屋にトイレ・風呂は無いが、3人程度の洗い場のある共同小浴場があります。安い飲食店も近くに有るが夜は静か。部屋のテレビは点いたり点かなかったりして見ることができない。バックパッカー用の宿として考えると鍵付き個室（タオル・バスタオル付）で上質な部類の宿です。

仕事で利用させていただきました。部屋は清潔、テレビも大きくて満足。ただ風呂場の脱衣所と洗い場に長い髪の毛がたくさんあったのが少し残念でした。

Good value for the money
Although rather basic and tired excellent value for money and staff very friendly. Did have a problem with noise as rooms divided by sliding doors, generally not a problem for us though. Pillow was uncomfortable bean bag but asked for softer pillow and was replaced with western style foam one. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but I did sleep and air-con fine once sorted out how it worked. Had fun with puzzles in lobby.Did not notice any tobacco smell in room. As previous visitor to Japan ideal as knew my way round. May not suit families with children.

Cute/quaint hotel. Good for the price.
Cute little hotel. I didn't pay much money for my two weeks in the hotel. But it was clean and had a Japanese style communal bath/shower room that was a lot of fun to use. the location was very convenient too. Short walk to a train station and within easy walking distance of Akihabara.

東日本橋や馬喰横山駅から近く便利。夜遅くにチェックインをしても、フロントの方も親切な対応でとても良かったです。お部屋も丁度良い気温でした。共同のお風呂だったのですが、一度に入れる人数が少なく、待っている時間が長かったのが難点でした。しかしこんなに安い値段で、シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ、歯ブラシ、カミソリもついていて、さらに充電器や絆創膏、臭い消しスプレーや目覚まし時計などその他にもアメニティが豊富なところは良かったです。また、フロントの方が、気を利かせて空いたほうのお風呂を案内してくれたのも良かったです。そして、奉仕会館は外国人の方の宿泊が多く、英語に翻訳されている部分が多かったです。もともとホテルという創りではないため、セキュリティが少し不安でしたが、周りも静かで落ち着いていたので安心して泊まることができました。

Cool, eclectic place to stay
The eclectic, offbeat decor was a big hit with my children. We loved the aquarium and Pokemon posters. A plethora of maps and guidebooks are available in the lobby. I loved the traditional Japanese style room, with futons and leaving your shoes outside. Shared bathrooms/showers, but I loved the hot bath.

都心に立地しており交通の便の良いホテル。
東京駅から横須賀線で二つ目の駅で徒歩５分ぐらいのところに立地。 また、地下鉄の駅も近くにあり、交通の便は良いです。 施設は古いですが、共同のトイレはきれいで、お風呂もゆっくり一人ではいれました。 料金が安く交通の利便性も良いので、夜、寝るだけならおすすめできます。 ただし、部屋の壁が薄いせいか、他の部屋の物音や話し声がきになる方にはおすすめできません。
