Rest assured, our dedicated housekeeping team thoroughly cleans the house for five hours before any guest's arrival. Location: The Surf Ranch Hotel & Resort - Popoyo's location is accurately represented on our website. Our 25-acre resort's layout may not detail each house's specific position, but the overall location is precise. We understand there might be some confusion, and we're here to assist with any specific inquiries. Facilities: Currently, we offer houses and condos as our resort is under development. The exciting additions of a main pool, restaurant, and bar are underway, promising an enhanced experience for future visits. Accessibility: Our resort is situated between two towns, not within a town itself. The area is under development with the construction of a new coastal highway, which, once completed, will significantly improve accessibility and overall experience. Pool Maintenance: Please be assured that we do not compromise on pool cleanliness. Our dedicated pool team maintains the pools daily to ensure they are clear and hygienic. Your observation of a cloudy and dirty pool is certainly atypical of our standards.Furthermore, while I acknowledge your compliment regarding our helpful and friendly guards, it seems your review omitted several other positive aspects. These include the breathtaking views, spacious and comfortable accommodations, fully-equipped kitchen, and inclusive amenities like drinking water, electricity, and gas. Yes, remember we told you that due to unexpected rains, this public road to the houses were destroyed and very muddy, but you insisted on staying. We are currently building our own road to the houses through the property where you will not have this problem. The houses have back up power on the 1st floor and are battery powered. The resort is not done, only the houses. Once the resort is done, it will all be connected to a generator, thanks.
