The good: no bed bugs The bad: dirty sheets and blanket on the bed. No elevator. They tried changing half the sheets and left a sheet with obvious stains on it. Do not stay here.

Our tv and internet was cut out shortly after checking in. When speaking with the front desk about the issue we were met with hostility. Two employees then knocked on our door to talk in person, after the conversation they acted as if they walked away and then stayed close by our door to eavesdrop on our conversation.

On the night of March 28th you contacted us at the front desk at 12:30 am Not working TV and internet, me Milan (GM) and front desk assistant Toni came to your room door and apologized for the inconvenience. we apologize and inform you the internet and TV providers were conducting maintenance and service was interrupted for 5 hours. I offered you checkout with a complete refund and you decided to continue to stay and then me and my assistant left your room door and area completely.

Smells & looks clean but poor breakfast & bed bugs
The hotel smelled and looked clean when we came in as did the room. We looked for any problems with the bed or room, but did not see any initially. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The problems started the next morning when I got up and discovered bug bites in various places on my body. Then when we went down for breakfast at 8:30am we found they only had waffles, yogurt, cold egg pieces and dry bread, cereal and milk that was left sitting out on the counter. The juice machine did not work. The coffee machine only had one cup of coffee left. There were no sweet rolls of any kind and only three Cuties for fruit. There was no attendant for the area to ask about refills. We have made a notation not to stay at that hotel again.

As for the bug bites, there are no bed bugs in any of our rooms at all and the room stayed in we have many guests who stayed in this room with no complaints. we have pest control services monthly where they service the rooms and check the rooms carefully with no issues. we will still investigate the matter and take necessary measures to ensure that our rooms are free from pests. We hope that you will give us another chance to provide you with a better experience in the future.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. This must be a rent by the hour facility. Room was freezing, cold hard flooring, smells of chemicals and bad fragrances. I’m terrified that there are bed bugs, we had terrible sneezing, wheezing, difficulty breathing from the hideous smells and chemicals. Our dog was having the same reaction. Husband went to the front desk and was told we would need to rent another room in the hotel to get relief?!? Don’t book this - you will be sorry!!! Wyndham has been disgraced by associating with this property. The front desk clerk was polite but his hands were tied by corporate policies. Don’t rent a room in a hotel that has a sign saying “your transaction cannot be cancelled after 15 minutes” - DISGUSTING!!!!

Room was clean, bed sheets had stains but overall things were comfortable. Easy access to the highway. Friendly staff. When checking in the gentleman answered his phone and continued to talk to someone, not in English. I felt out of place. Knowing that I was staying with a large portion of people from the same event, I expected things to be loud and busy. Both were true but the lady in the morning was amazing, friendly and helpful.

So I would give this place an “average” rating. Has some good/bad issues. Oh man, Riley let me find somewhere to pull over. It was a very convenient location where we felt safe. Check in was easy except they over charged me then charged a DAILY DEPOSIT which was completely unexpected. I was reimbursed after I called Expedia. Not very happy about that. Room was mildly clean. At first glance looked clean until I found used ponytail bands on the floor and the dirt on the floor in the bathroom. The pool was open but only from 3pm-10pm which really sucks when you are there for 3-4 days and have kids who want to swim. The pool it’s dove was heated which was nice but the pool room was absolutely freezing with no heat. As for breakfast, it was 50/50 too. Waffles were delish but the frozen eggs and frozen sausage they kept on ice until you microwaved them were terrible. Final thought, next time would need to stay on the 2nd level as you could hear every sound from the room above. Would not say it’s the worst place or that I wouldn’t stay again but they definitely could put in a little effort to make it much better.

Mohammad was very nice. However, there are several very disappointing and sorry to say DIRTY about this location. There were bugs all up and down the stairwells and hallways, no elevator (hope you don't have a lot of luggage!), the matresses were stained, dirty bathroom, poor continental breakfast, and poor room cleaning services. Our first room was ATROCIOUS, the smell was terrible, stains on the matresses (i wish i could upload pictures) and black mold stains in the toilet. Mohammad allowed us to move to a different room, which was better then the first, but still disappointing. The bathroom in the second room smelt of mold as well, the bathroom running board/tiles had been removed, and the cleaning service never bothered to make our beds, or empty trash. We luckly had clean towels, only because we placed the dirty ones outside the door. Breakfast- while the self make waffles were good, thats about the extent of it.... the rest was microwaved eggs and microwaved sausage. Questionable yogurt, a couple of apples and your choice of cheerios or bran cereal. Don't bother getting anything for the snack station as a small bottle of soda will cost you $4.

Shower dirty, breakfast food all gone when we got down there. AC unit noisy, shower rod ready to fall off

This property is adjacent to the Toledo Express Airport. Now, I have stayed at airport hotels and they are loud, this place was not. I never heard a plane in the time I was there. Clean property and more affordable. Probably best for someone catching and early flight or something. It is a distance from restaurants and things, but convenience to the airport is key.
