Tenía planeado quedarme en este hotel de regreso pero nada más ver el problema para estacionarme tuve que caminar muchísimo sin saber cómo entrar me ayudaron alguien que había afuera lo cancelé de lo problemáticos que fue y llegando les pedí que si podía hacer check out a la 1 me dijeron que si y me estuvieron hablando que a qué hora me iba a salir y me contestaron muy groseras que no más de la 1 ya me fuera !!!!!

The hotel is well-located, clean and comfortable. The bad was the breakfast included: no hot dishes (at least scramble eggs), the personnel in the restaurant area were very unpolite and the worst is after your break you should bring all the dishes by yourself. If you dont have problems with the food is a perfect place

No me gustó para nada el área, estaba alejado de todo y la recepción fue poco gentil, no tenían lista la habitación. Se mencionaba que tenían restaurante lo que cual no es cierto. Tienen un área donde sirven únicamente desayuno y alrededor no hay opciones para comer, únicamente comida china. Cuando finalmente me dieron la habitación entré y tenía un olor muy fuerte a fritura, como si las personas que estuvieron allí anteriormente habían cocinado y la habitación no se había limpiado, ventilado y aromatizado apropiadamente antes del nuevo cliente. Cada vez que se echaba agua en el inodoro, se quedaba el agua corriendo y cuando llamé a recepción para que por favor llegaran a verlo porque el ruido era muy fuerte, me indicaron que no tenían personal de mantenimiento para que llegara.

No hay sartenes, cubiertos, platos, etc. Si necesitas algo debes pagar 50 dólares extra. Es absurdo y un abuso. Es mejor rentar un Airbnb. El servicio de limpieza no es bueno, no limpiaron el departamento ni hicieron las camas.

Needed a hotel close to hospital and this one was great. Didn't have time to check out dining options in area but had issues the first night there. More research was required. Breakfast was good. I did have to wipe off my table myself as didn't see much of the staff. Plenty of options so something for everyone.

There were bed bugs in the two bedroom suite and my brother had bites on his arms. We showed them to the general manager (Vince) and he reacted angrily and said it wasn't their fault. Long story short, it ruined our vacation plans and we checked into another hotel next day. I also called Expedia customer support but it didn't help at all. Worst experience ever in overall.

We take any issues regarding pests extremely seriously and go to great lengths to ensure our rooms are thoroughly inspected. Our Housekeeping department carefully inspections every room when cleaning in case of any signs they are reported A.S.A.P to our pest control company and treated on the same day they also perform a monthly inspection and regulated by the Health Department. We go through great length to ensure pest control is at the top of our list we had our pest control company and found no signs. I hope this give you the confidence upon your return. Our Sincere apologies from all of us.

Nice convenient condotel near Markham. Nice view from 12 floor lobby and room. Looks like a condo converted to a hotel. Rooms were comfortable and was fine for a 2 day stay for 4 adults. Breakfast looked decent although we prefer to eat out with all the Asian breakfast options close by. Beware, the walls are a little thin. You can hear your neighbor's tv and other noise.

This was such a bad stay hotel—I really recommend you book elsewhere. The room we were in looked as though it hadn't been cleaned. The A/C was broken, so we spent the first night super hot as we waited for a repairman to come. The next morning, they were unable to fix it, so we were moved to a different room, meaning I had to pack up all of both of our stuff solo in the middle of my workday. The next room we were in had no access to the WiFi. It would link up for about 10 secs (at min connectivity) then disconnect. I was working all day so this wasnt going to fly. Yet again, we had to move rooms. The A/C in the 2nd room also died half way through the day the bathroom was also really dirty. Walls had yellow goo, and the shower was so rusted, it was not something I would want to stand under. On to our THIRD room in a 5 day stay. Room had slightly better wifi connectivity. The staff WAS very kind in trying to solve this but ultimately it was a nightmare packing unpacking constantly. I wasn't able to tether from my phone because the building made the phone service awful. Out front it was fine but I couldn't even send an iMessage from my room on my phone service. We're both on different providers and had the same issue. Then, we asked to extend the stay by a few hours and they insisted on charging a full extra night. I would understand if the hotel was busy but it was mostly empty! After all the issues you would think the least they would have done was let us stay later.
