El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo, está en una zona muy accesible. Sin embargo creo que tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad y sobretodo en lo que se refiere al servicio, especialmente el room service ya que los alimentos son bastante malos y excesivamente caros. Me llevaron una orden que yo no pedí, muy mal presentada e incompleta por un costo de 80 dlls canadienses.

Excelente opción!
Buenísima opción de hotel, el personal muy amable. Los cuartos increíbles, la cama deliciosa y eñe general todo muy bien. Les vendría bien servicio a la habitación, aunque acaban de abrir el restaurante de abajo que está muy rico.

Gorgeous property and suite. The onsite restaurant is amazing and delicious! We ordered room service and the waiter came up to our room to take our order. Highly recommend!

Staff were very helpful and professional. A staff brought coloring books and snacks for my kids to our room. Hotel was cleaned and modern. The pool and the hot tub were nice and private !!

Loved our stay here at the Soho Hotel. A lot of things are walking distance from the Soho and the property was very clean. Upon arrival our check in was also very smooth. The room did have a certain smell coming from the couch area but other than that everything else including the amenities were very nice.

This should be a three star hotel at best. I came here and stayed for a conference as it was one of the recommended hotels. It was incredibly noisy, someone’s base was so loud and played up until 2AM. Their wifi was so spotty I could barely work. On top of all of that, if you turn the corner you’ll see homeless camps at the park. Just a few steps away. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk; all they said was oh sorry about that. I will be letting the program know that they should remove this hotel as a recommended hotel.

As for the encampment in the nearby park, I have gathered neighbourhood businesses together and we are lobbying the city to have this removed. Sadly it is one of many, but we are determined to have it cleared as this part of town houses may visitors to our city due to our proximity to the Convention Centre.Kind regards,

It’s our first time at the Soho, the service has been excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was a getaway for my husbands birthday and the concierge was very helpful in planning a surprise for him when he arrived, they even added some nice extras to make it more special… we’ll be back!
