Hotel con aseo deficiente
El hotel está muy mal mantenido. Los tapetes muy sucios y con insectos. No habían cambiado las sabanas de una de las camas. El desayuno aunque está incluido es muy regular. Solo hay wafles los fines de semana. Las habitaciones son amplias y eso es lo único positivo.

This property foes NOT live up to the Marriott standards. Rooms and facility are in need of MAJOR updating. Stains on carpet, bathroom floor, and in some places on the wall. Major cracks in tile in shower. Room was humid, even with the air-conditioning running. The room had a that overused capert cleaner smell. Was there 5 days for work, so only slept there. Breakfast was average. Scrambled eggs had a sign saying "cage free eggs"... pretty sure they came from powdered. Sausage patties were room temp. Oatmeal was far too watery. Bananas were green... not just a little.. but no yellow at all. The coffee choices were Bold and Bold. the other containers were decaf and hot water. Staff was friendly but I didn't interact with them much other than check in and out. Better have a car, no restaurant on site. Will not stay there again unless Marriott does a major overhaul on the facility.

We stayed at unit 140. - the AC in one room keeps on turning off and cannot make the room cold enough. - the conditioner bottle was not refilled. - we were told that since we ate staying for 2 nights and 2 days, there will be a housekeeping to tidy up. However the flowing night, we found out that from the a different front desk peraonnel that since we are only staying 2 days, there will be no housekeeping. We left our towels on the floor because they are all wet because we use the pool. On my first call, i told her that we need towels and coffee but we were only given a towel. On my second call i asked for another 3 sets of towel that we can use for that night and the following morning. I also asked for toilet paper and was told that they ran out of it. She apologized but I did nt felt that sorry. And also no other options even just give us kleenex that we can use. - one of the duvet in one room have lipstick mark even before we use it.

We had 4 people checked in to our rooms, they only had 3 towels, remote was missing so it took a while to find one, the next day we arrived back at 8 pm and they hadn’t been in our room to clean so no towels again! The hotel has a good location, however it is a little outdated. Check in and out were easy and fast. Breakfast was good; the basic options (milk, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, bread, bagels, muffins, fruit, juices and waffle station) Beds were comfortable and room was spacious with a sofa and little kitchen. Wish bathroom was a little cleaner (sink and bathtub had some dark areas that look filthy) I wasn’t aware that housekeeping was upon request therefore I requested clean towels every night of my stay and they were brought promptly. No airplane sounds at all, however walls were thin.

Didn’t like the layout of the room. The tv was positioned in a way that made it difficult to see from one of the beds. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.

Quick friendly check in/out, clean room with nice layout. Only complaint is, there's no on-site dining, only small breakfast buffet.
