“Older house in good condition. Spacious house (even for 8 people) and nice floor plan with Master bedroom on one side and 3 bedrooms on other side. Nice Pool area with heater that heats up water by about 3 degrees Fahrenheit on a sunny day. Great location by canal and close to shops. Good value for price, we were happy. Nice German property manager.”

“Beautiful home on canal, with a super large outdoor area with BBQ grill, pool with 5 lounge chairs, spa, table for six, plus additional seating area w/gas firepit. The house is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely rent again. Sadly it's booked for March and April for 2025 and 2026 already.”

“We rented the house for a weekend getaway. It was perfect for our stay. Only complaint was the guest bed sheets had not neen changed. Before we left we found blood on sheets at the bottom of the bed. The rest of the house was very clean. I would recommend the house. Very quiet and peaceful.”

“We stayed in this home for a weekly friend and fishing vacation …. The home and managers was very nice and it was easy to access the home … The view is spectacular!!! We enjoyeddthe pool , hot tub, comfy beds, large shower, beautiful kitchen , and dock on canal ,,, our friend could pick us up on dock out back on his boat !!! We caught snook, jacks, and a tarpon !!!! 5 star home and location!!!!! We will be back great vacation!!!!”

“Our stay was out of this world. The house and pool are located in the perfect spot If you like to go to more than one of the surrounding beaches. The first night we cooked out and stayed by the pool. The pool was clean the entire house was spotless. The house had everything you could think of including beach necessities. I will be booking again in the future.”

“Our stay was from March 8th - March 18th, 2024. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The grandkids loved the pool and us adults enjoyed sitting around outside just chilling. Our 8 year old grandson loved fishing off the dock- he caught several fish! We had a wonderful time .”

“It was a beautiful property and neighborhood. Everything and more that we had hoped for swam daily in the pool. Breathtaking view when you walk in the house. We saw the alligator that was exciting. Central to everything we visited from Boca grand and Englewood Beach to Punta Gorda restaurant and the quaint small town of Arcadia. Would definitely return to this house”

“Everything at the property was excellent. We were very comfortable in the house and the property manager Robert went out of his way to help us with the television and the pool heater. That pool and spa heater was difficult to use. He was able to remotely get it heated. Everything in the house is exceptionally nice with all top end decor and appliances. Anyone staying here will be very happy.”

“This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The unit was clean, artfully decorated, and very comfortable. The lanai looks out on the largest canal in Cape Coral overseeing boating activity, kayaking and paddle boards. You see the occasional dolphin and other fish swimming by. The property managers/owners could not be more gracious and accommodating! We hope to stay there again in the near future!”

“This rental met all of our expectations. The location is close to everything in both Cape Coral and Fort Myers. It was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The property manager was responsive and had a repairman on site in less than 2 hours when one was needed. We recommend this house and will return.”

“Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Sunburst in den Osterferien. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir eine tolle Urlaubswoche. An der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft kann man mit Sicherheit noch arbeiten! Viele Ameisen, spinnenweben an der Decke etc. Ansonsten ist das Highlight der Unterkunft der große Pool den wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Lage ist super und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig👍. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und würden wieder kommen. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat auch einwandfrei...
