good, pretty standard hotel experience. nothing revolutionary or outstanding, but nothing bad about the experience either. I would recommend the hotel. Very decent for the price. Pool area was VERY steamy.

The room was clean nothing broken and the shower had decent water pressure. The front door was a bit iffy and would not open unless you waved your hand over the sensor. Other than that it was a nice stay and would happily come back.

The lady at the front desk Sue was very nice to me and my children, we had a small set back when we first arrived but she took care of that very quickly. Definitely would love to stay again. Nice comfy beds great hot tub and pool!

The lady who checked me in did not like the fact I had brought my kids to a later check in- she also didn’t realize it was my family till I said something after her remark. This is also after I waited for someone to come to the front with no way of contacting anyone at the front desk. A worker took the last newspaper at the front which was a bummer.

They need more access to the building. Parking is in the back but no access. Breakfast on Sunday was very limited so we ended up leaving to get it.

Breakfast amenities were terrible. No forks, hamburger patties instead of sausage, and multiple items not refilled/empty. The hotel placed a hold on my bank card for the whole hotel stay, then daily another card hold was placed. So at the end of our stay we had 700.00 in card holds for a 320.00 bill. When asked, the front desk stated, that is just the way their management did things. A few shady characters were outside throughout our stay, I did not feel comfortable walking alone to the parking after the sun went down. I will not go back

The actual manager was great although the other receptionist was a little bit scrambled. We did very much enjoy our stay. We did have a little issue with billing but again that was from the Scrambl’d receptionist and the manager did look into it. The continental breakfast was great for the kids. The pool kept them occupied for hours And the rooms were very clean.

Clean room that was roomy and had the amenities we needed. Nice to have the sofa and foot stool Was irritated that they had to take a deposit in room when I paid through Expedia, actually charging my credit card $150. No other hotel chains do this. They said I should have booked directly through clarion and that wouldn’t have happened. So checkin took a long time to process all this. I feel this was completely unnecessary. Breakfast was tasteless and terrible. Didn’t even have juice. However staff overseeing it was working really hard to replenish everything. If it weren’t for the nice large clean room, I wouldn’t go back at all. Gym didn’t have what my husband wanted either so he didn’t work out but had planned that.

Bad stay at comfort inn
The room was dirty, front of toilet had throw up on it, the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking, the bed was hard as a rock. The carpet was torn up. The coffee maker had an old coffee filter in it. Popcorn seeds in the floor and on the oven.

Pretty good stay minus check in
Check in agent was less than attentive…on her phone on a personal call while we waited/“assisted” us. Only to get to our room to find she didn’t key one of our cards correctly. Rest of the stay was fine. Sofa was very comfortable!

Nice hotel, needs better mattrasses.
Hotel was clean and well taken care of, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was average. Th pool area was nice and the pool was fine, but the hot tub had some sort of thick suds covering the surface that smelled really strong. The room was clean and well appointed, but the mattresses were very cheap and bouncy feeling. Overall, it was good and we would stay again.

Was a good hotel but was a little avoided that when we called to get bedding for sofa bed we were told she couldn’t leave the desk but when we arrived at desk she wasn’t there and waited several minutes for her to return to desk.
