Lamentamos mucho que tuvieras una mala experiencia con nosotros, desde el que tuvimos ese incidente hasta hoy,que dejas tu reseña, hemos mejorado muchos aspectos del Hotel; cambiamos la seguridad del hotel durante la noche, el techo de la habitación fue remodelado para que no vuelva a suceder y hemos mejorado muchos espacios comunes y amenidades del hotel. Lamentamos no haber podido solucionar el incidente de otra manera y esperamos que puedas regresar algun dia a evaluar por ti mismo lo mucho que hemos mejorado

Jessica,we gave you an upgrade to an 24/7 AC room, you asked for a refund because you would leave the hotel but finally you stay so no refund is applied. Anyways at your check out we figured out the towels and dubet were missing. This behavior is not accepted in Sivana, where we look forward to friendly guests as we treat them kindly.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry you didn't have the best time with us, but we want to clarify a few thing. Since we are a small hotel, we clean our beach everyday and papare it for the guest of the hotel during the morning when we have sometime during the breakfast time, regarding the breakfast as you saw it's a buffet breakfast and we refill the food as many time as it takes so all the guest can have their meal, but sometimes it takes us a few minutes to put more food in the dishes. Again thanks for choosing us and we hope you can come back and visit us soon, we are always working to be better

Lamentamos oír que su experiencia no fue la mejor en nuestro hotel, pero creemos que para poder hacer una valoración deberían por lo menos darnos el contexto de lo sucedido. Decidieron abandonar el hotel después de la primera noche sin darnos ninguna explicación de lo sucedido o la posibilidad de llegar a un acuerdo. Esperamos que encontraran un lugar más acorde a sus necesidades,

We really sorry you lost your jewelry but like we told you we check on the cameras and no one come inside of your room, we offer you help to look it in the room or call the police to fill up the report but you denied, we ask you if you can find a picture to know how they look and you didn't have any. Again we really sorry and we hope you find it but the hotel doesn't have anything to do with it, we even have safe in every room (you even ask to change the one in your room and we did it) to keep the belongings of the guest safe. We even have to help you several times when you lose other of your belongings or when you came late in the night and lost the key and your purse. Hope you arrive to your house well but this isn't the kind of place for you and we hope you can find another place who suits you best.

The problem with the sargassum is general we do our best to keep the beach clean but sometimes is more than we can handle for a small hotel like ours, if you paid attention in our hotel we work with solar panel to reduce the damage to the environment and that's why we have the A/C limited to the night, the same for the water in all the area the water came from the ground and that can make it salty some days. At last we try to keep the place as a relaxed point far from the nightclubs but there's nothing we can do to avoid it 100%.
