The four towels were on the beds. Extra towels were in the bathroom closet.

We conducted a thorough check, and I can guarantee that there is no mold. There is neither plumbing nor moisture source upstairs. The condo is painted regularly and well-maintained. We were confused by this comment.

Yes, the walls have sound protection built in, which blocks most noise. I am incredibly sorry that those guests were disruptive. We have since implemented a zero-tolerance noise disturbance policy and stopped allowing infants in the neighboring condos (infants are allowed in this condo only). If a guest is ever disruptive, please let us know, and I promise we will make it right. We are only a message away. The condos are private and separate, each with its own entrance and parking. The laundry room is shared by all the condos and can be accessed from outside, near the beach supplies. We’re delighted that you enjoyed your stay!

The refrigerator was level. It slides easily, and was touching the countertop, but that did not stop the door from closing. Street traffic near the house is at a crawl because the street arrives at the beach and takes a sharp right turn. I have stayed in this condo many times, and I assure you the street traffic is normally insignificant. We checked the doors and door knobs and didn’t find any issues.

That is quite an exaggeration. Our handyman had just a short time to do a repair between guests and had to do it after the cleaners were done. It appears that he did not thoroughly clean up all his dust.
