“This rental is absolutely amazing! There is not one complaint! I come down to Sevier often to visit my son and this is definitely the place for us! Checking in was extremely easy, the kitchen was fully stocked, the bathroom had all amenities you may need, beds were all comfy, and the owners messaged back in very resonable times. “Nice basement home however I was not aware it was a basement till we checked in. Whoever was staying upstairs did make a lot of noise at night on our first night, next two nights were a lot better. The house looked clean but floors were very dirty. Also the machine washer messed up my clothes and left it with black stains.. The good things, it has nice lighting and comfy beds. Would I return.. maybe.”

I was comfortable and so was my daughter despite us both being miserable and later ending up in a hospital. But I will always remember this place very fondly. “The small studio space worked fine for two people. Might be a little tight for more. The heat is provided by an efficient electric fireplace (kept the room easily heated). Very basic kitchen supplies, but sufficient for a short stay. Convenient to the bus stop, gym, and a few restaurants. Check in instructions gave addresses, but it would have been great to give a building number since when you arrive in the parking lot the map just provides building numbers (e.,g, 1, 2, 3) and not the address...

“First, there is hot water. I know previous reviews had issues with it but the bathroom has been completely updated and the hot water was awesome. And enough for a family. Overall the condo is super cute and comfortable. It’s beautiful to water the sun come up over the mountains in the morning. The location is about as good as it gets and you’re able to walk across the street and enter the park and grab a shuttle. Because of the location, stargazing is also awesome and easy.
