Friendly welcome. Comfortable bed. Adequate wardrobe storage for clothes. Decent en-suite shower/ bathroom and everything well-maintained and scrupulously clean. Nice breakfast too. Would happily use again.

One night stopover close to Alton Towers
One stop over on-route to Alton Towers. Stayed in the Twin Room and was perfect. Nice clean bedding, tea/coffee, small fridge to keep the fresh milk in. Private bathroom with shower. Full English for breakfast, tastey food from thr local farm shop. Great host too. Would 100% recommend!

Lovely B&B ideal for Alton Towers
Lovely accommodation the breakfast was really good (full English) and the owner kindly made pancakes for my boys. Beds really comfortable. 10 mins from Alton towers. There is nothing close by but we went to Aldi for food (there is microwave and hob in the accommodation, no oven). Will stay again when we next go to Alton Towers.

Beautiful location, incredibly friendly owners, fabulous breakfast, very comfy bed and great facilities. Lovely outdoor seating area too with a gorgeous view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend! We had a very warm arrival as soon we pulled in. John and his wife were very friendly, they give us a list of recommendations for nice local resturants and give us many suggestions on where was nice to go around the area. Our room was in an immaculate condition with complimentary water and juice in the mini fridge. Alton towers and the peak district was a short drive away which was very ideal for us, not to mention the beautiful views all around! The breakfast was delicious, John was very attentive and made sure we had everything we wanted and that nothing was to much trouble. Would defiantly stay again if we visit the area.

Lovely accommodation and hosts.
The house is beautiful and the room we stayed in was clean and smelt lovely, with such a comfortable bed! The owner was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the local area. The breakfast was delicious with a choice of a cooked of continental. They also have a dog who is absolutely beautiful and well natured :) Overall a lovely stay, with definitely recommend.

Overnight trip while going to Alton Towers. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and very filling.

Lovely Place.
Stopped here one night ago for just the one night. Was a lovely quiet comfortable place to stay. The owner was a lovely man, and very accommodating. Fantastic breakfast the following morning.

Fantasic service and every clost to alton tower
We stayed at the Apple Tree Chalet with our 3 year old daughter. She absolutely loved it as there was sheep and lots of spaces for her to play. Great facilities - a very functional kitchen (microwave, fridge with a small freezer, 2 hobs, pans, plates, bowls, cutleries, toaster, kettle oil, salt, pepper, tea and coffee). Everything you need especially good with small children. There's even a few DVDs, board games, books, drawing set, iron, hair dryer. The owners was very friendly and made our stay very comfortable. Good breakfast (catered for vege - ring in advance).They were really good with our daughter and made her very special as they wrote her a birthday card. We were very close to Alton towers but in the evening its nice and quiet. Because we were in the chalet we were able to come and go and felt we had our own space - not like a B&B were there's restriction on the time you have to return by.

Very homely & welcoming
Upon arrival, the host was there to greet us, he was very helpful & friendly. The location was great, with parking on the door step and a very homely feel. It was actually in some ones home, which wasn't a problem for us but should be noted. It was all very private and comfortable with in room amenities and the breakfast was absolutely superb!

Ideal for visiting Denstone College
Faultless - never stayed in a B & B before so a bit apprehensive but shouldn't have been - so friendly will definitely be back - lovely hosts great breakfasts rom was excellent

Perfect find near Alton Towers.
Arrived late due to traffic but this was not a problem for the owners and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Lovely room, warm, comfortable, clean and a lovely view. Breakfast was cooked to order and even pleased my fussy other half! Only concern for some people is that the dog and cats roam free, I love this but some may find it uncomfortable. Overall a very lovey stay.

Most beautiful chalet ever!
Me & my boyfriend absolutely loved our stay @ Exmoor Bed & Breakfast we didn't want to leave. The owner's were amazing & so helpful, they really made us feel welcome. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday. I hope to come back soon! xXx

Good value accomodation
We stayed in the chalet in the garden. It was very comfortable and brilliant accommodation for a family. The children loved it. The owners were really nice. The hotel was convenient for Alton towers and good value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

Family night stay B&B
We arrived 8:30 settled in very easily, with a family of four this chalet was superb as we where outside the stress of the kids being noisy etc made my wife relax. Breakfast very good, (could not do enough for us), superb stay if your going to Alton Towers would recommend it and stay again.

Great Location
Clean and well maintained, and positioned in beautiful countryside, this B & B is run by a friendly couple with a good attitude towards guests. It's proximity to Alton Towers makes it an ideal place to base yourself.

Very friendly and welcoming and nice rooms with comfortable beds. Modern theme and very clean. Wonderful countryside views and 5/10 minutes in a car to Alton Towers (The reason for our stay)
