What I liked- Loved that every hotel is named after a wine which makes it easy to spot. The rooms were clean and the building looked aesthetic. I only stayed the night to sleep, but I know they have a restaurant and winery.
What I didn’t like- In Expedia the prices were $165 per room. Once I put my credit card information, it did not purchase the rooms. Xaroma had to contact me the finish paying the final amount, so far so good right? Nope, turns out they charged over $200 dollars per room and fees. They also charged us $25 dollars per room because we brought more than 2 people even though we had our own sleeping bags. There was also no one in the front desk to accommodate me immediately. Some ladies who I have no idea if they were staff told me to wait for Francisco (the man at the front desk). Also it’s over a 20 minute drive off road to even arrive. There are plenty of other hotels that are not as far from the main road that have cheaper prices, better service and even bigger spaces. So disappointed with our stay here, it seemed like there’s not a lot of business, but jacked up the prices which is fine only if they deliver a great service/product. If potential costumer is reading I would recommend Maglen. Maglen had more options/activities, it’s near the main road, cheaper prices and better service.
