“I cannot fault this cottage. The owner has pride in this place and it shows. Clean and comfortable with many lovely little touches to make guests feel welcome. Lovely quiet location with only a short commute to the town centre. Very safe for dogs. An enjoyable collection of DVD's to relax with of an evening. “Lovely home, that’s very comfortable. The bed was exceptional. Close to town so easy to get to shops and for us the morning ANZAC service. Backyard is fully enclosed and safe, so it’s also very dog friendly. Bit noisy with the traffic but it wasn’t too bad.”

“The house was as stated and photos accurate. A large house and yard with lots of room for our family stay. The heating was terrific for cooler nights. BBQ and outdoor area lovely and spacious. A very short walk to town and port. School across the which made for a very quiet weekend. Our dog loved it and settled in straightaway. A lower window lifted open slightly enabled a dog door, so an undisturbed sleep if your dog used to a dog door. Overall a great stay. We wanted to stay longer. But...

“House was dirty - bed unmade. Fridge is not a proper fridge - no freezer - no microwave - dishwasher smelt of rotten fish and full of dirty dishes. Be prepared to clean everything before you can use. Bathrooms dirty and very little furniture. Home could be beautiful with a little TLC but obviously owner doesn’t care”

“We have just returned from the most wonderful 5 days in this stunning property on the banks of Lake Malwala. It was everything we hoped for with a beautiful outlook, gorgeous alfresco area adjacent to the wonderful pool, brilliant access to the lake for using our boat. It was safe for the little kids and our dogs who had as much fun as we did. We highly recommend this perfect place for families to have the time of your lives! Joanne, the owner, was helpful and friendly. We can't wait to come...
