While the king size bed was amazingly comfortable, this was a studio--the couch was right next to the bed. There also wasn't a kitchen--there is a hot plate that is stored in the cabinet and the refrigerator is dorm size.”

“Instead of getting two hotels rooms, we were able to find this 2 bedroom condo with 2 full baths and kitchen, not to mention in unit washer and dryer. Like majority of VRBOs I have stayed in, they all need a little TLC. This one overall was clean, nice pool, close to restaurants/stores and communication with property staff was easy and quick. Would definitely recommend this rental and when we are back in the Tampa area, would definitely stay again.”

“Everything was good from check in to check out. Manager was great assisting us with extending our stay as requested. My wife and I along with my 87 year old mother-in-law were down for my brother-in-law whom was in he local HCA Brandon hospital. Very convenient to hospital . Only complaint was when folks rented the upstairs condo. The noise from their morning and evening activity transferred down through our ground floor ceiling very loudly. “This condo is located in the beautiful "Little Harbor" of Ruskin Florida. The entire complex is very well taken care of. Lovely views all around. It is a 2nd floor unit without elevator. Air conditioning works well & is quiet. Pleasant smelling unit. Large wall mount TV with great picture. Wi-Fi great reception. Plenty of outlets to plug your laptop and phones in.
