Esta bien ubicado, comodo, pero la atencion no muy buena y la limpieza pesima, habia basura detras de los muebles, vale la pena la zona en donde esta, es un poco viejo pero comodo

La ubicación es buena. En una zona de buen nivel. El estado general del condominio es aceptable, pero les falta hospitalidad. El horario de servicio del front desk es limitado por lo que tuvimos que esperar en la calle en la lluvia con nuestros hijos. Cuando por fin nos abrió el administrador, nos dijo que no era hora del check in y nuestra suite no estaba lista y nos ofrecia otras suites por 70 dlls por noche adicionales a lo que habiamos pagado ya (Esas si estaban disponibles, según él) Nos quedamos en el lobby y salió a decirnos nuevamente que no era hora de check in, dando a entender que no debiamos permanecer alli hasta que estuviera disponible nuestra suite. Por lo que tuvimos que salir a la lluvia a buscar una cafeteria para esperar alli 4 horas . Continuamos nuestro viaje y en otro hotel del cual voy a escribir reseña nos trataron increiblemente bien . Todo lo contrario, aunque también llegamos antes del check in. Lo cual demuestra a quien le interesa realmente el cliente.

We are so sorry to learn about your experience. Sadly, on your date of arrival only our top suite was available. Therefore a special offer was made to get you into a suite immediately. Whenever possible the hotel is happy to provide an early check in. When not possible we are happy to store luggage until a suite is available. As a small hotel we are frequently sold out and suites on sold out nights tend to be available between 11am - 4pm with a guaranteed check in time of 4pm. When arriving at 8am please consider booking a suite for the night before which will guarantee you have a suite on arrival.

Thank you for sharing. WE are so sorry regarding housekeeping service. Guest did not get services due to, or maybe have 'DND' sign, that housekeeping will not enter suite. And Rosellen Suite do try to save water due to storage, that why we do not provide daily service, unless guest's request. Once again, thank you and we will do better in the future.

Do not book here unless you enjoy giving away your money and getting nothing in return. Expedia said that I could check in until midnight. I messaged the hotel at 8 pm to tell them I'd be coming in at 11 pm, nobody answered. Their phone was off and not taking messages. A note on their website said that the office closes at 5 pm and that we should contact them before 5 to get the lockbox code. They could have emailed or texted me the code when I first booked, but didn't. There was no way to reach them or to get into the room I had prepaid. I had to find somewhere else to stay at 10:30 at night when I arrived in Vancouver. I have emailed the hotel and Expedia to request a refund but have heard nothing.

All reservation we did send out code thru Expedia, or inquiry guest to contact Rosellen Suites at Stanley Park directly once reservation had made, or before check-in. We did not know why you did not received any information, also, we did not have your e-mail contact you directly. We will do better working with Expedia in the future.

The property is located in decent location. That's all the positives. Coming to negatives, not stroller friendly. We had to get kids out of double stroller every time we need to get in or out, very inconvenient. One of property managers - I think his name is Kent is extremely weird. Among all the conversation, I can mention two of them. One was while running in lobby (which I guess toddlers do often) my child bumped into the lampshade pile they kept in middle of narrow walkway. He asked me to keep watch on my child instead of apologizing for keeping stuff where it doesn't belong. Secondly, we requested for some tea bags they kept on first day of stay and he arrogantly advised to get it from outside. On one of times while passing through the lobby, we heard him offering some other guests extra coffee bags if they would like.. so it came out a bit rascist to us. It was not content but tone that was starking - never heard such a tone in any of the properties we stayed so far. Among all of them, only one of managers Dinesh seemed decent and willing to listen. NOT WORTH THE COST and LOCATION. would recommend staying somewhere else if you can.

We stay here annually as it is close to family and we don't need to rent a car. Walking distance to everything in the west end of down town. The staff are lovely and it is always a home away from home.

We’ve stayed here many times. The property is aging and needs a facelift but it’s inexpensive and right next to Stanley Park. The rooms are clean and are actual apartments (the property was an apartment building before Expo ‘86) so they are much larger than a comparable hotel room for the price. The copper leaf doors to every room and the vintage elevator gives the place a ‘50’s vibe. Denman St is steps away with restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Try Aussie Pies.

Area is very convenient, but the property toooooo old. Doors not open properly, underground parking toooo narrow, front desk people hard to reach, cleaning person you have to ask them to clean, otherwise they won’t come.

This is a prime location, a hidden gem! Safeway and No Frills are within walking distance for your groceries, Lost Lagoon and the seawall are so close to walk to, and the local restaurants are amazing to eat at! Lots of variety! If you’re looking for modern bathrooms and kitchens as your first choice in a suite, this isn’t it. But it is very clean. I didn’t care that the hotel was dated. I had an amazing stay and the staff were very friendly! It truly felt like home away from home!

Lots of space for our family. Room is a bit run down and the shower curtain needs to be replaced as moldy around the bottom, but good value for money. Staff lovely and accommodating. Great location.

I loved staying at the Rosellen Suites at Stanley Park. These cozy apartments really are right at Stanley Park so you can go for a walk or run. The staff were lovely, with a huge kudos to the cleaners. The office staff were helpful and cordial. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and quiet. The property has aged somewhat and needs some paint and minor repairs but nothing significant. All in all a great, really affordable and convenient place to stay in Vancouver.
