We are sorry to receive this feedback only after check-out and to see one of your dormate was not considerative of you. Our staff is available 24/24 - even overnight - to assist our guests especially with such types of situations; to share is to care, this should be the spirit of hostelling :) When this is not the case, we are always available to help solve the problem if advised

We are located a 10-minute train ride from Santa Lucia Train Station and a 10/15-min bus ride to Piazzale Roma. It’s indeed very easy to reach Venice downtown from our hostel.

Guillermo, thank you for your notes sorry to see something did not work out with the self-service laundry; our laundry room is open 24/7 except for nights with parties and dj-set. We made sure to add the necessary information about this on the front door of the laundry room. Paola (sales&marketing team)

We are sorry to come across this review and see you couldn't rest propertly, please do accept our apologies; Anda is a social and party hostel with an onsite bar: we make sure to describe our property as such through online information as well as photos, videos on our social media; we try to do our best to make sure our party soul does not take over completely the hostel and minimize inconveniences. During our events we top up our security with extra staff and free earplugs are provided free of charge at reception and can be anytime

Ci dispiace che tu non sia riuscito a riposare; effettivamente i Venerdì ospitiamo una serata dj-set. A chi non vuole partecipare consigliamo di prendere (gratuitamente) i tappi per le orecchie in reception.Speriamo di riaccoglierti!!
