Dificil de ubicar
Un area grande se diferencia solo por los numeros. No encontre logica para seguirlos en secuencia ty se me hizo muy dificil encontrar el hotel. En la administracion me dieron un plano con las indicaciones precisas. Seria deseable que esas indicaciones se den a conocer antes del viaje

Decepcionante
La habitación y el baño eran ridículamente pequeños. El desayuno se hacía en la habitación y había hormigas en el suelo. Alguna pared tenía moho y el agua de la ducha se salía. Falta de limpieza al hacer la habitación. El minibar tenia una botella abierta del huesped anterior. Al hacer el check out sólo estaba la chica que te traía el desayuno y no nos podía cobrar con tarjeta. He pedido la factura (sigo esperando) por mail porque añadiendo las tasas de turista no me cuadra lo que me han cobrado. Lo único bueno la ubicación.

Muy decepcionante el hotel...
La habitación muy pequeña, el espacio en el que se servia el desayuno supremamente desordenado y sucio. La señora que sirve el desayuno se ofusca con facilidad y no es muy amable para atender a las personas. El desayuno muy malo. No se cuenta con recepción que atienda las habitaciones en la noche, te dan una llave para que entres por un lado al hotel. Todas las mañanas hay gran cantidad de basura regada a la entrada del hotel, no se dignan recogerla para que esto no sea desagradable a la vista de los clientes. No lo recomendaría.

El hotel es un poco viejo y está un poco escondido. El personal muy atento y amable. Para un par de noches está bien. No tienen comedor, el desayuno te lo sirven en la terraza o en la habitación.

Muy bien en si los hoteles en venecia son pequeños pero es comodo facil de llegar siguiendo el canal desde la terminal ya q en venecia es dificil guiarse

La habitación no era muy limpia. Debajo de la cama no limpiaban hace varias semanas. La habitación no era cómoda. El tamaño de la ducha anecdóticamente pequeño. Al momento de entregarnos las maletas, horas después del check out no tuvieron la cortesía de prestarnos un baño. La relación precio servicio no es buena.

The hotel was very good but the front desk cler was very rude (the older receptionist ,gray hair ,tall, óbice and glasses )because when we asked for toillete the man refused to lend us the toillete.

El patio frente a la habitación tiene un olor particularmente desagradable; además las tazas y la cafetera permanecieron sucias durante toda la estancia. generalmente el servicio no es cordial ni generoso en el desayuno. Posiblemente carezcan de suficiente personal. Menos mal Venecia es bonita

Le personnel est très agréable et toujours disponible pour quelques renseignements. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais copieux avec service en chambre. Le petit point négatif serait l'isolation avec les autres logements et chambres. Nous entendions facilement la conversation de voisins dans leur salle de bain. Je recommande ce logement !

Nicolo and his dad run the small quaint property which is no more than 15 min walk from Santa Lúcia train station. Nicolo really care about showing us what Venice has to offer, lots of personalised suggestions across all the city, without his knowledge we wouldn’t have enjoyed Venice as much as we did, thank you!

The staff was excellent and breakfast in the garden delightful. The room had some disadvantages. There were up and down step levels with black tile making the steps not very obvious. For instance the bathroom had a step up to get in and then in the middle a 1 inch step up in the middle -- all with black on black tile. If you missed them a slip and fall would happen. They need to at least put a reflective tape or something so that it is obvious. Also the room was damp and the paint peeling off the wall in places. The shower was nice but didn't have a little shelf to put the soap or shampoo. The sink also did not have room to put your make up. It was a modern bathroom, but not thought through for the person's use. My room opened out onto a little patio which could have been delightful but it was dirty and didn't have even a chair to make it usable.

Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable, souriant et prêt à donner tous les conseils touristiques nécessaires. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à quelque pas du vaporetto et très proche du centre. Au calme, dans une petite ruelle. Petit déjeuner servis à table assez copieux mais peu diversifié. Tous les jours la même chose. En ce qui concerne la chambre, c’est plutôt vétuste et aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement, la literie est dure, attention au mal de dos. Cependant pour le prix cela reste correct pour Venise mais ça n’est clairement pas une chambre 3 étoiles et ne correspondait pas au photo du site.

Cinq jours à Venise
L'hôtel est placé dans un endroit calme tout en étant proche des axes importants. Pour les dormeurs, il faut savoir que le campanile sonne à 7 h tous les matins. C'était notre réveil matin.Bon pti dej et entretien des chambres au quotidien. N'hésitez pas à poser les questions au propriétaire et à son fils qui vous donneront touts les renseignements sur Venise.

Stay here at your own risk
Had a non-refundable (I’ll never make that mistake again) booking for two nights at this hotel in Venice in late September, 2023. We arrived on the train from Milan and checked in midafternoon. Admittedly, once we got to the room, it was not what we expected. The room was tired and dingy. Cracked and broken glass on the nightstand and peeling paint on the walls and floor among other things. Definitely NOT a three star hotel in any part of the world that we’ve traveled to. Since it was a non-refundable reservation AND we were already out over $300 USD, we figured that as long as the bed was comfortable and that the shower worked, we would stay. After heading out into Venice for the afternoon and grabbing some dinner, we eventually made it back to the room around 9pm. We climbed into bed looking forward to a good night’s sleep after a long day of travel and that’s when the mosquitoes started swarming. We got no sleep….none. We hid under the sheets whenever we weren’t trying to kill the mosquitoes. This went on all night long. I told the proprietor the following morning about the mosquitoes and he couldn’t care less. He mumbled something about putting a “machine” in our room and this would take care of our mosquito problem in an hour. We declined his very generous offer (along with his offer not to charge us a city tax), called Hotels.com to complain about this situation then got the hell out of there. The proprietor wouldn’t refund our money for the second night. Imagine that!
