El alojamiento era perfecto, nos sentiamos como en casa, limpio , ventilado , con mucha luz , buenas vistas, silencioso, y muy bien comunicado, cerca hay varios sitios para comer no turisticos. El desayuno correcto en una terraza preciosa y agradable Repetiria sin dudarlo

Très bien situé, au calme et à 20 minutes de la place Saint Marc à pieds. Personnel très gentil et au petit soin, un petit dejeuner excellent avec tout ce qu'il faut pour faire plaisir à tout le monde, sucré et salé. Que du positif concernant ce sejour à l'hôtel. Un autre point positif : de très bons restos à proximité. La seule chose qui pourrait etre négative est que les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisée mais après ça reste du savoir vivre pour les personnes qui se lèvent tôt ou se couchent tard. Personnellement, j'y retournerai sans hésiter.

What a wonderful place to stay in Venice. Really nice room, lovely breakfast, and friendly staff. Great communication to help with check in. I would definitely stay here again.

A small hotel in a quiet area. 8 mins walk from the main car parks, bus terminal etc. Away from the hectic, crowded areas of Rialto Bridge and St. Marc’s Square but easy to walk to them in 15 mins. Restaurants and shops nearby.

Fabulous
Fantastic location. Very convenient for the train station but very peaceful and close to lots of nice, less touristy restaurants and canals etc. it was so enjoyable to just wander around the area. The property and room was lovely, looking out over private gardens. Only minor point was the insistence on paying the city tax in cash. All other places we have stayed were happy to add it onto the credit card bill.

Un très agréable surprise.
Maison d'hôtes au calme, à côté de l'université, l'ambiance feutrée, chambre spacieuse climatisée, très propre, fraiche, décorée avec goût avec bouilloire thé et café + réfrigérateur. Sdb et sanitaires nickel. Petit déjeuner copieux à prendre en terrasse pendant la belle saison. Un petit patio au rdc sympathique mais à la tombée de la nuit prévoir les anti moustiques. Les propriétaires sont affables, attentionnées.

Clean & Quiet Hotel
I had a very nice stay in the Ca’San Rocco hotel. Both Valentina and Irene were very helpful during my stay. And they gave me some good ideas for sightseeing Venice. Hotel is very clean and in a nice quiet area. My room was facing the backyard of another residence. It’s a huge plus is that it’s only a 10 minute walk from both the bus and train stations. Room was quite large for a solo traveler. Breakfast was adequate but the only downside is that it wasn’t buffet style with more Choices. But I highly recommend this establishment and would return again.

Vor der Anreise erhielten wir ausführliche Informationen zur Ankunft. Der Empfang vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Wir waren über das reichaltige und gute Frühstück überrascht. Richtig schön war auch die als Pergola gestaltete und durch viel Grün beschattete Terasse, wo wir unser Frühstück im Freien serviert bekamen. Auch bei der Abreise lief alles super: wir konnten nach Auschecken unser Gepäck in einem Nebenraum deponieren. Uns hat das kleine und feine Hotel sehr gut gefallen, haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen!

Séjour très agréable
Séjour touristique .5 nuits. Hôtel très calme et entouré de maisons avec jardins .très bien situé . Très bon petit déjeuner et copieux . Seul bémol : les oreillers sont trop épais et trop durs .

閑静な場所にある小さなホテル。落ち着けるホテルだと思います。迷路のようなベネチアで少しわかりにくい場所ですが、予約時に送られてきた地図のとおりアクセスすればあまり迷わないかも。チェックアウトが基本的に２０時までのようですが、門の番号を教えてもらい中に入れます。 朝ごはんはちょうどよいサイズでおいしかったです。

Beautiful B&B
What a wonderful little hidden gem! We arrived in Venice mid May and booked a 2 night stay at another property right on the canal. Boy we wished we had discovered beautiful bed and breakfast before doing that. It’s on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle, and well worth the walk to main canal streets. Well appointed, clean and great breakfast. Staff was friendly. Our only complaints were that the pillows were not comfortable and although beautiful, the spiral stair case up to the second floor proved challenging to our over sized, over packed packs. Our next visit to Italy will definitely include a stay again!

The staff during check in was very friendly and informative. There was an older lady at the counter during our checkout and she was a bit rude and impatient. The breakfast was pretty good - assortment of bread, cereal, juices, and pastries. The staff was friendly and quick. Great location - close to the bus and train station The room is a big dingy - the floors creaked when walking on them. It was a bit small and had a smell to it.

Perfekt läge!
Perfekt läge i vackra Venedig. Väldigt centralt men ändå en bit ifrån Markusplatsen & de dyraste turistområdena. Gillar man att promenera så är det gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter. 25 min promenad till Markusplatsen. Frukosten var absolut tillräcklig men inte fantastisk. Rummen rena.

Petit hôtel au calme, loin de l'agitation de certains quartiers, l'ambiance y est feutrée,notre chambre était spacieuse et très propre , idem pour la salle de bains et les sanitaires. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

This place is an absolute gem. They happily checked us in early because we arrived in the morning. They even brought breakfast into our room because we had to leave early the next day and the breakfast only started at 7.30!! We took some some items from the minibar just before we left and they didn't even charged us for it. In a city where people overcharge you for everything, this hotel is really an incredible exception.

Could not have been happier with our stay. Lovely room overlooking the courtyard and very spacious and well decorated. Valentina and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was great and not far from Grand Canal and several restaurants in the area. Very good breakfast with fresh fruit and cappuccino. Highly recommend.
