El personal es muy amable sobre todo la chica que trabaja en la piscina de barra, es un sitio para relajarse y agradable esta a una hora de Venecia en bus, lo que no m gusto que pidan una cuenta bancaria como aval, eso nunca me ha pasado en ningún otro hotel.. Y también te cobran por usar las bicicleta

Todo el personal nos atendio muy bien, pero en especial la recepcionista que habla español nos ayudo mucho.

Il personale si è reso disponibile per il cambio camera a causa del mancato malfunzionamento del riscaldamento e dello scarico lavandino. La poltrona letto della tripla, non comoda, rende gli spazi difficili da usufruire

This place was great! Would recommend to anyone, the concierge on staff spoke great English, they had great food recommendations, breakfast and coffee in the morning was awesome! The villa is about 2 min from the bus stop (walking), which made things very easy to not need a car. Just be careful, the concierge told us that the bus drivers sometimes skip the stop closest to the villa and stop at the one further up the street because more people get on there, that was the only difficulty we encountered staying here.

Great Place to stay!
The Hotel is very beautiful, the small town is charming, 20 min from Venezia, 40 mins from Vicenza where I needed to be. we stayed at the new wing and the room was simple but clean and nice. service was great and so was the breakfast. The outside is very beautiful with a large swimming pool, and parking on site is available for free. will definitely stay again.

Nice Venencia villa hotel.
Very Nice hotel, in a great Venencia villa style. Rooms are superior. Even though they forgot about us during the dinner trice at their restaurant, I would rate their restaurant full stars. Service is in top and food so tasty, so if you can book with half pension, do it, you will not regret it. The cons for this hotel are though; the pool area. The hotel rents it out to the locals, so it some times seems like a public pool. This public pool issue results in that they removed all sun beds around the pool, because no one will relax at the pool area when 2-3 local Italian families with their 7-9 children each are occupying the pool. And yes they moved the sun beds to the nearby swamp where you are a feast for mosquitoes. So dear hotel Vila Patriaca; pls kick out the locals and move the sun beds back to the pool!!

Bella struttura a Mirano, comoda per visitare Venezia. Belle, pulite ed ordinate le camere ben attrezzate. Personale disponibile, sempre cortese e gentilissimo. Hotel dotato di bar, piscina, servizio bar in piscina, colonnina di ricarica per vetture elettriche molto valida e ristorante che pero' noi non abbiamo provato. Nice and kind staff. Very helpful. Close to the downtown of Miran. It’s a little too far from Venice it takes 40mins by bus.

The hotel was lovely, just right to say how busy we were. House keeping was really good! Would have been excellent if it weren’t for the 2am room call we got that woke us up when we were due up at half 5am. Staff weren’t sure why we were called, the call was in fluent Italian and seemed annoyed we couldn’t understand them? Unsure what happened as all calls pass through the front desk. Otherwise lovely stay.

Handtücher waren an manchen Tagen nicht alle vorhanden. Reinigungspersonal war stets bemüht, aber für 4 Sterne reicht es nicht, höchstens für 2 bis 3 Sterne. Zahnputzbecher hätte ich mir gerne gewünscht und ein Wasserkocher damit man sich mal einen Tee kochen kann. Ein Ausflug mit dem Bus (7E) nach Venedig dauert min. 60 Minuten und nicht wie beschrieben 30 Minuten. Ansonsten sehr schöne Lage des Hotels, aber nur mit Auto anreisen, da sehr weit weg von allem.
