No hay una recepción y hacen lo que quieren.
Tengan cuidádo este no es un hotel, yo no sé porque está en hoteles.com, debería anunciarse en la aplicación de renta de cuartos, no existe una recepción. Yo tuve un problema y por teléfono me dijeron que no había problema porqué ya tenían una habitación lista para 2 noches y cuando regresamos en la tarde me dejaron una carta para que desocupara el cuarto a las 10:00am, siendo que por teléfono me dijeron que no había ningún problema y repito no hay a quien reclamarle.

Buena relacion precio/servicio
Solo hay que tomar en cuenta que el check-in debe hacerse en otra localidad. Por el resto, todo lo demás estuvo muy bien. El desayuno que ofrecen es sencillo pero agradable. El wifi es algo lento - creo que podría mejorarse.

Aunque al comienzo confunde un poco el tener que hacer el check in en una edificación diferente, eso resulta bien manejado y sin importancia. Bien ubicado, habitación completa y limpia. Buen desayuno.

Correcto y a 5 minutos de San Marcos
Pertenece a un hotel cercano, Casa Verardo, al que hay que ir para hacer el check-in y desayunar. Está en una pequeña y tranquila plaza (Campi)por lo que es luminoso. Sin grandes lujos, tiene aire acondicionado, la tele pequeñita y el baño correcto. El desayuno en el hotel pasable, sin mucho surtido, pero suficiente. A la plaza de San Marcos se llega andando en unos 5 minutos. El WiFi va de lujo.

Excelente hotel a 2 min de la Piazza San Marco
Brillante servicio y limpieza. El personal super atento y amable, facilitando las cosas todo el Tiempo. Habitaciones super comodas y limpias. Muy buena y practica la ubicacion cerca de la piazza san marco a la cual se puede llegar caminando en 5 minutos.

Nice property in good location. Unfortunately the heating & cooling didn’t work at all & the room we had unfortunately didn’t have sunlight which would have been nice. Great location, friendly staff. A big hard to find at first but the location once found made up for it.

Great service, very clean. Provided soap, water, kettle, instant coffee and had a great view of canals. However, there were a lot of mosquitos and I’m covered in bites. We couldn’t figure out how they were getting in, but we killed A LOT. Not Locanderia’s fault though, they were all over Venice.

Nothing major wrong with the place. Large, a bit dated and dark, not as nice as the pictures but no big problems. Good heat and hot water. Quiet neighborhood. Big issue was the gate in front has a key pad or electronic card to get in. They didn’t give us a code, only an electronic fob to wave in front to unlock. Several times coming home it didn’t work and we couldn’t get into the building. The office is there but after initial Check-In we never saw anyone staffing the office. We tried knocking and calling both numbers posted but no one ever picked up, so we were stuck. Thankfully someone else was coming home and let us in. However the last night it was very cold and we were stuck for over an hour outside. They didn’t answer the phone, we texted Expedia and they tried to contact the host with no response. Finally Expedia said we should find somewhere to stay for the night, even though our luggage was stuck inside the place. Expedia said they wanted to request a refund from the host for the last night in our behalf, but also said the host would not likely ever respond or repay anything, and they were right. Finally the host answered a message through the Expedia app with a code number to get in, no explanation or apology. Overall, not a terrible apartment, we wouldn’t stay again. It’s uncomfortable to walk around the city knowing that when you get home you might not be able to get in, no one is in the office or answers the phone.

hotel was good value for money ( relative to other properties in the area - not cheap obvs!). it was spotlessly clean, spacious room, very comfy bed. Window overlooked a little canal. There was tea, coffee and biccies. There isn’t s bar or restaurant ( it’s more like an air B&B that gets cleaned every day!) but it’s a 2 min walk to a gorgeous square full of bars and cafes. Check in and out super quick and easy and staff lovely. Deffo a safe nice choice. :)

Loved the location. Room was way over priced. Nobody at the front desk at checkout. We wanted to leave our bags and explore the area a bit more before leaving. In the ad they said the reception was open from 8 am to 8 pm. The price was drastically changed while booking. They advertised rooms for $128 and I was charged over $200. I didn’t catch it til 10 minutes after booking and they refused to let me cancel. The rating is too high. The room was clean.

We arrived early in Venice and were able to stop by the hotel. It is a very short walk from the vapporetto stop. I highly suggest communicating with them your time of arrival in Venice. They will send you messages with the Expedia messaging and they will respond to your inquiries. We were able to check in our baggages well in advance while we went sight seeing. The hotel is situated in a small square where not many tourists pass through. You walk 1 or 2 minutes in any direction and you find bistros, restaurants and shops. It is very close to St. Mark Square. A 4 minutes walk to the edge of the laggon, turn right, and your'e there. The room we had is 01. Nice studio with all the amenities. You can open the window on the canal. There's even an old door that opens on the canal, giving you a unique view. The bed was clean and comfortable. There are 2 A/C units which help make the room dry and cold if you like it that way. We did. The staff is without questions the most helpful and friendly I've seen in all my travels. For example, I wet my pants, socks and boots because of the high tide. The lady at the front desk let me change my pants, socks and booths in a private room, even after I had checked out. There's Netflix, prime and more directly on the TV, you need to log into your account. There's also YouTube on the TV and free wifi. I am very happy with my choice.

Central location, super helpful staff, good value
We booked La Locandiera as a no-frills but well-located accommodation option, and it exceeded our expectations. Of course there are some small areas that could use improvement (the occasional peeling paint or shower that leaks a bit of water onto the tile floor), but overall we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. The communication was great in everything from giving a dropped pin and specific directions to the hotel, to assisting us to come up with alternate ways to get back to the airport when the city water taxi service we had already paid for went on strike. The bed was firm but very comfortable, as was the bedding. The air conditioning worked really well and was a welcome relief after days out in the sun. The location is brilliant for anywhere you might want to go, but just far off the tourist squares that it's quiet and relaxing over night. While this is a no-frills accommodation, the room and bathroom were very spacious and everything worked well.

The moment we arrived , the staff guide us starting from arrival from the airport , what to take to go there, which transportation ( blue line) . She waited for us until we arrived in the port area. The place is convenient to places like San Marco square, the Rialto , Doge’s Palace. Gondola pass by at the back of the room where in you will hear either someone is singing or just passing by. The room is clean , you can cook it has kitchen. Overall I was happy and pleased to La Locandiera, I would recommend.

Quiet & Comfortable, Great Location
La Locandiera was the best place for us in Venice. So very close to St. Mark's square yet far enough off the beaten path to be very quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and so helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we were ever back.

This was an awesome and great place to stay. While it is in a busy part of Venice, it was hidden in a quiet part of the area. Lots of great food activities and our room had a view of a canal. Really charming place to stay.

The location of this hotel is wonderful, it is close to the water bus stop at the Palazzo Ducale (S. Zaccharia), just a 5 minute walk with your luggage. It faces a very quiet courtyard around a well, so away from crowds and noise, but is just a few steps from many dining and shopping places. We loved staying here. There is no dining at the hotel, but why would you want to with everything so close by. The rooms were large and very clean, and there is a full-size fridge shared by the 1st floor we were on. There is an elevator that we only used to move our luggage upstairs. Everything was very well maintained, great place.

Une honte absolue ! S’encaisser plus de 640 euros pour aucun service ça s’appelle du vol car en cas de force majeure (vol annulé par la compagnie aérienne sans reprogrammation avant une semaine) on tient compte du fait que la personne n’annule pas de son plein gré. Aucune proposition d’avoir, de reprogrammation, de remboursement partiel. L’hôtel ne répond pas aux mails !
