Recomendable
Muy bien ubicado, en una calle muy tranquila. Habitación amplia y muy limpia. El desayuno en la habitación, es muy cómodo pero a quién le guste los bufets se puede quedar corto. El personal muy atento y servicial.

Hotel encantador especialmente recomendable
Magnífica estancia en una locanda rehabilitada con gusto y muy bien conservada, excelentemente regentada por Iván, su propietario. Mi total recomendación, especialmente, de la habitación nº 4.

Excelente hotel B&B para disfrutar de Venecia
Magnífica estancia con mi mujer y 2 hijos (12 y 15) en esta encantadora locanda regentada por 2 hermanos venecianos, Ivan y Max, donde destacan su amabilidad y profesionalidad. Pasamos 5 días (4 noches) en la mayor de las habitaciones (Nº 4) y no podemos estar más satisfechos con el tamaño y comodidades de la habitación: cama + sofa-cama + sofa adicional, balcón con vistas al canal, mobiliario personalizado para encajar con la época, lámparas de murano, nevera con bebidas a precio razonable, baño correcto y completo, limpieza excelente... Desayuno en la habitación por ausencia de salones y espacions comunes pero nos encantó la idea (Desayuno continental estándar pero correcto). Relación calidad-precio excepcional. Muy recomendable!

La mejor elección !, muy bien ubicado. Estuvimos la semana con más frío de todo el invierno y la calefacción era magnífica , las taoallas estaban calentitas y el desayuno lo traían a la habitación que tenía vistas a un canal. Relación calidad precio insuperable . Volveremos!!

It’s a nice hotel we loved the decor antique. Shower is small A/C not working when I asked it’s broken till June? Other than that my stay was good. I would recommend for the price. Thanks

Overall, our stay was good. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was clean and the receptionist was friendly. The room was cold at night.

The cleaning was awful. They did not even change the towels on daily basis. Our sheets were not changed at all. The bed was not king size, but it was two seperated beds brought closer to one another.The air conditioner was not eorking at all, we slept under blanket as it was October. The receptionst lady was so kind and helpful.

Good Morning, If we didn't change your sheets and towels it means that you put the sign on the door "Do not disturb". I can assure you that the air conditioning works, even though in October it's not necessary.

Lovely traditional property only a 2 min walk from the water bus. Very spacious and clean and have everything we needed. Staff were helpful and it was on the first floor so not too far to carry suitcases up the stairs. Highly recommend.

We got there early before check in time there was this little girl teen at the reception very rude the front desk is very small and if you want to store your luggage you have to leave it there the check out time they told us was 10 am and they can only keep your luggage until 2 PM. The room was big and spacious but they only give you two flat pillows and the bed is hard. Do not stay here find another place for the price they don’t give you basic amenities we had breakfast included and they didn’t informe us. They have a code to come in since they don’t have the reception open all day and we were not informed

Good Morning, Im'm sorry if I seemed rude to you, it was not my intention. You could have stored your luggage at the reception until the time you wanted, not only until 2pm and the check-out is not at 10am, but at 10.30am. You could find another two pillows in the wardrobe. You did not have breakfast included, that's why I didn't tell you about it. Before your arrival, we sent you a message with all the informations about the hotel, included the code of the door. We are sorry that you didn't have a pleasant stay.

Off of the main walking route, the hotel is small and unassuming. We loved the place though the beds and pillows were on the firm side. Staff was helpful and the room faced a canal and was very quiet. We’d recommend for anyone looking for a modestly priced accommodation who can align their expectations to the price point.

Die Betreiber dieses Hotels (2 Brüder) sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das leckere Frühstück wurde immer pünktlich ins sehr große und wunderschöne Zimmer im venezianischem Stil serviert. Ideale Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir werden sicher wieder hier einchecken.

We thought it would be difficult to get to but it was not a problem. We took a bus from the airport and then a water bus. When we exited the water bus we walked down a tight street and crossed the main very busy with people street and we were there. The staff is wonderful. And the decor sends you back to reminiscent luxury.

I thought the breakfast was very good and such a bonus in our room. They were very kind in keeping our luggage until we left. Great location and very clean rooms and loved the silk walls! Only suggestion I would make is to change towels daily as they never dried in the bathroom.

Max and Ivan are amazing as hosts of this boutique hotel, which is a piece of art by itself. It's located in the center of Venice, right on one of the numerous canals. Breakfast was great as well, we highly recommend this hotel and will be looking forward to staying there next time we visit Venice.
