Estimada Pilar le agradecemos por su comentario sobre el hotel. Sin embargo nos estrana que no le haya gustado la habitacion 103 que està clasificada como habitaciòn con vista. Uno de nuestro mejores exitos es justamente la localizacion del hotel que se encuentra en los alrededores de Rialto, pero no sufre de los miles de turistas que se encuentran en las zonas mas centrales de la ciudad. Por otra parte nuestro clientes pueden disfrutar gratuitamente de un servicio gratuito de barcos que os lleva hasta San Marco y viceversa en varios momentos del dia y pueden asimismo disfrutare de un jardin de mas 2000 metros cuadrados. Esperamos de darles otra vez el bienveniodo en nuestro hotel en futuro y le inviamos nuestros cordiales saludos
