We loved this place. we had 2 rooms on the same floor and we loved them both. however, in the one my kids stayed in, there were little flying bugs in the shower and bedroom. next morning, they had many bug bites. we dont know if they were bedbugs or something like this. other than this, we had an excellent time and the place is amazing. one of the prettiest hotels in venice, and extremely well located. super walkable everywhere. the hotel is better than expected

Todo iba excelente hasta el día 6 de noviembre el cual decidí realizar mi check out unas horas antes de mi reserva la cual ya estaba previamente PAGADA hasta el día 7 ya que mi vuelo salía por la noche del 6 , acudí a la recepción a entregar la llave y sin mirar en el sistema las dos mujeres de la recepción me levantaron la voz diciéndome que por qué hacía hasta esa hora el checkout les dije que mi reserva vencía hasta 7 noviembre me estaba retirando antes pero estaba pagada no me dejaban hablar las dos se pusieron agresivas y decían que pagara una penalización y yo les dije cómo voy a pagar penalización de algo que ya pagué hasta un día más revisaron el sistema y verificaron que yo tenía razón , pero me hicieron pasar un pésimo momento no es correcto que no revisen antes de ser groseras gritarme y quererme cobrar cuando pague hasta una noche más . Me quedo con muy mal concepto su personal debería ser más capaz y eficiente para no hacer pasar un momento tan desagradable y ESCUCHAR

Lo peor del hotel es que es extremadamente ruidoso y no se puede dormir (nos tocó hab. En primer piso, Justo en La esquina sobre pasajes de alto tráfico. El otro punto negro es el olor! En el lobby hay un olor asqueroso y en la pieza permanente olor a repollo

Buen hotel en general considerando que la ciudad es muy antigua. Cerca de la plaza San Marco, se llega caminando fácilmente desde la estación del vaporeto.

Hermoso hotel!!! Elegante!!! Se encuentra en el lugar perfecto en Venecia. La atencion fue impecable. La habitación en la que nos quedamos era pequeña pero hermosa, el baño super comodo. En el bar tienen mucha onda y los tragos son buenísimos. Relacion precio-calidad perfecto. Muy recomendable!!!
