The room it's self was okay, the maids are not good, they do not care if the room is up to par, there was dust every where, there was build up of stuff along the walls of the carpets, the scenery was horrible and go to look at weeds so I kept the blinds shut, the bathroom was small and horrible, looked like a 2 year old had been in there playing with plaster. The rooms are a dump and the TV didn't work. The hot breakfast was a joke, not much of a selection. Don't waste your money or time to come here.

This was a hidden gem. Clean, affordable, large rooms with a fridge and microwave and the Staff were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great as well!

The room looked clean and neat however the towels looked extremely overused. Should invest in new towels. Also, we didn’t have chargers with us nor did the room have any USB devices.

I booked a room for apr 24 2024-apr 25 2024, I can not check-in at 6 am apr 25th 2024.. I just come back to USA from other country by 14h flight. I drove to the Inn from New York City by 4.5 hours. It is almost 6am apr 25th 2024 when I arrive at there. I was told I can not check in because I was too late to check in . They recorded me as “no show”. There was a short lady who is working in the front, she said “ the check-in time is 4pm, not 4am”. I don’t think it is funny, i was so tired. The afternoon (apr 25th 2024) I called them for refund because I don’t even see my room. And then a girl answered me, she said she need to talk to her manager. I waited for her for 4 mins, and then she hang up the phone. So please don’t try to book the Inn. Otherwise you can not check-in your room when you still have 5-6 hours for resting. The worst front desk workers.

I liked the location, very convenient. The staff was very nice. The room was clean. I did not like the weak wifi, we had difficulties opening the door, it was jammed or the door key cards did not work properly. The toilet wasn’t flushing right. The beds were very small, very uncomfortable for 2 people. It’s unfortunate you don’t have queen bed options.

I would not stay here again. The staff was fine, very nice, but the area was super sketchy and felt unsafe, and the hotel itself is very old and run down. Our curtains were broken in places, found a sharp screw on the carpet, the bathroom was very old and run down, dirty around the base of the toilet. Loud people all night long, including screaming baby, slamming doors. Not a good experience.

The sheets were clean but smelt like a bad detergent. The curtains closed but left a big gap on the top of the side that caused the bright lights from outside to glare in. The sink was cleaned but not wiped down properly afterwards causing me to feel like the cleaning wasn’t thorough and leaving me uncomfortable.

It was so dirty and poorly kept. Wallpaper peeling in our room, weird brown spots bleeding through white paint on the wood, every drain was clogged, the HVAC did NOT work (it was either off or ran the heat constantly even when we set it to a low temperature)and I'm glad we checked the "complimentary coffee" Keurig because there was a thick layer of slime in the water compartment that surely would've gotten us sick of we used it. The breakfast was also limited and gross. The staff were very nice but I would absolutely never stay there again.
