Dear Guest, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, of course, and there is nothing we could say to make you change your mind. Some people enjoy our hotel, some people don't: you find it "rundown" and with a "limited" breakfast, some people enjoy our rooms and think our breakfast is awesome, and we go the extra mile to make our Guests happy. You stayed with us during the Gold Fair, which is the highest season for Vicenza: the price you paid is aligned with those all over the city, especially considering we are the only hotel right in front of the Fair (which makes us, of course, far from the city centre). You chose the convenience of being at a few footsteps from the Fair, it is not our fault if this meant being away (just a couple of miles, to be honest) from downtown, and yet you blame us? Accusing the management to be "exploitative" is so ridiculous that it speaks for itself...

It is true that our hotel is not exactly "brand new", but many of our rooms were renovated early this year, and many other improvements are due in the near future. Gentile Antonio, La ringrazio per le belle parole spese per la nostra struttura. Ci dispiace invece abbia trovato il letto inadeguato: la tipologia con letto alla francese (normalmente apprezzato dalle coppie) non è l'unica a disposizione per chi sceglie una camera matrimoniale, sarebbe bastato farlo presente alla collega della reception che avrebbe provveduto a cambiarvi subito camera. A volte basta poco per risolvere un problema, lamentarsene a distanza di tempo non è utile né alla struttura né a voi.

It was the fault of one of our colleagues who did not correctly insert in our system your reservation and di not apply the payment you had made through the on line booking system. Laura at check-out had the instructions you had to pay and that is why she asked for the settlement. However she did then realize our mistale and only asked you to settle the extras and the city tax. Howevere Laura did not make you pay the extras and city tax and simply informed you that she would call the police officers because you had insulted her. Thank you and best regards

Dear Mr Orsic, As I explained it was our accounts mistake as we did not register in your reservation the payment, therefore my colleague at check-out had instructions that you had to pay, that is why she asked the money. The city tax is NEVER included in the room rate you book (the VAT taxes are incluede but NOT the City tax as this is a local tax and changes according to th room rate). My colleague told you that she would call the "Carabinieri" because you had been insulting her, just like you have done now saying that "she was trying to steel the money". This note you wrote together may be handed to the policy and perhaps next time you visit Italy you may be contacted by them to explain your allegations/accusations. Best regards
