Horrible experiencia, peor alojamiento
El peor alojamiento en el que nos hemos quedado. Solo al llegar, la atención del personal es malísima, muy poco atentos y con bajo nivel de inglés, lo que complicaba la comunicación. Luego, al llegar a la zona de habitaciones había un olor a humedad, como si limpiaran con trapos sucios, que realmente daba náuseas. La habitación era básica, sin más, a la que, por cierto, no llegaba el Wi-Fi. Y como si eso no fuera suficiente, queda a casi 50 min del centro de Viena, en un barrio malísimo. Solo aguantamos una noche y tuvimos que salir arrancando de allí. En resumen, horrible experiencia.

The rooms are cleaned daily. We are aware about the slow internet and are trying our best to fix it. The hostel is 17 minutes away from the city center, if you use the metro U1.

Todo estuvo perfecto menos el aseo de la habitacion. Me encanto. Cerca a la estacion del tren. Pase solo una noche pero fue agradable el hostal. Como recomendacion mejorar el aseo del baño y de la habitacion en general.

El lugar cuenta con camas y baños cómodos, sin embargo, tiene problemas al distribuir las camas, ya que nos pasó que llegamos una noche y habían otras huéspedes durmiendo en ellas. Al comunicarnos con los encargados, no hicieron el intento de ayudarnos. Además desapareció mi pijama y nadie hizo ningún intento de ayudarme.

Buenas instalaciones pero muy lejos del centro.
El hostel está muy bien, tiene guarda equipajes gratuito y el personal de limpieza y cocina es muy amable al igual que el chico de recepción turnó nocturno. Pero el resto de los recepcionista son bastante indiferentes y no muy amables. La habitación está muy bien tiene baño compartido en mi caso solo éramos 4 y fue muy cómodo. Las áreas compartidas son excepcionales aunque no hay cocina y no puedes calentar agua. Hay máquina de pago a 1€ cada café. Lo recomiendo pero debes saber que es una hora caminando al centro, el metro o tranvía te vale 2,6€ cada viaje.

Wifi anunciado no sirve
Este hotel fue algo decepcionante, es un hostal y solicitamos una habitacion para dos personas, nos dieron una para 4 con dos literas. La cama era cómoda pero sólo había almohadas de plumas, que causan mucha alergia y son blandas, provocando un terrible dolor de cuello al día siguiente. El desayuno por que cobran unos 6 a 7 euros tiene como bebida un kool-aid o similar de naranja o mandarina, horrendo y nada agradable para desayunar, aunque hay algo de té y café. Lo peor, aunque dicen tener Wifi gratuito, este solo funciona intermitentemente en el lobby, en el que hay un par de computadoras conectadas directamente a internet, por las que cobran su uso. Es claramente un hostal pero al menos los servicios publicitados deberían cumplirse.

Overall a good experience. My doubt was if the people are screened based on their nationality. Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi/Similar people are accommodated in same rooms. It should be deliberate. Can't be that much of a coincidence. Moreover, it was interesting that no towels were provided.

The bookings are registered in our system on an arrival basis and the rooms filled following availability according to room category. We only offer towels in three room categories (twin-, double- and 3-bedrooms). Other guests have the option to buy towels at the reception. The property is very inconvenient as when we needed to ask the staff to keep heating our food in the microwave as only the staff only had access to the microwave and sink whereas in order hostels they left it open for guests to use

It looks like a 4 Star hotel since you enter the Reception. Clean and professional. I din:t like the idea of having to sign a record when checking in and rooms are missing Air Conditioning, just too hot during Summer.

I literally fell asleep in the lobby because they wouldn’t let me check in early, i offered to pay a fee & they kept saying no. The room was ready, just not their policy to let me in early. There was like 5-6 of us in the lobby just waiting for 15:00.

For the price it’s what you’d expect, communal areas are decent the vibe is very much boring though. If you’re a solo travel and expect to meet others I wouldn’t recommend this one since there are no incentive to socialize with others. Also lots of older guys (kinda uncomfortable for younger solo female travellers).

Very good place
Good place. Clean room and bathroom. Good shower. Quiet place. Individual plug. PS: The locker is high, but thin and did not fit my luggage. They have their own key (you dont need a padlock) that can be loaned with a small deposit. Recommandation: Implove the privacy of each bed installing some kind of curtain.

Die Lage war zentral, wenige Minuten mit der U-Bahn von der Innenstadt entfernt. Das Hostel war sehr sauber, genauso wie das Zimmer. Die Lockers waren gross genud. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich und klar mit den Einrichtunugen.
