La propiedad está muy bonita, si lo que se busca es tranquilidad es ideal, en los alrededores no encontrarás restaurantes, ni algo parecido, el estacionamiento es muy amplio y el desayuno buffet esta muy completo.

Excellent option. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The bus stop is right outside and it will take you to the metro in less than 10 minutes. We really liked it and of course we would stay there anytime

Una estancia de lo más romántico que hay.
El lugar es increíble, como un palacio en lo alto de la ciudad. Los jardines y la terraza de super lujo, y el personal es muy servicial y agradable. mi mujer quedó fascinada. Regresó el año que viene. No lo puedo dejar pasar.

Es un excelente hotel, no obstante carece de personal que lleve el equipaje a la habitación, y cobra el consumo de las bebidas que colocan en el minibar de la habitación, que por el costo de la noche considero que deberían ser incluidas en el hospedaje.

We deeply regret that no one was available to help you with your luggage when you arrived at the hotel. Of course, we try to help our guests, but in some cases it can happen that nobody is available in short term. We will strive to be even more flexible. Regarding the drinks in the minibar we would like to inform you that according our standards only in our categories executive room and suites the non alcoholic drinks are included in the room rate. The minibars in the classic and comfort rooms are stocked with two mineral water only and have to be paid according the price list. In addition further drinks like beer, wine, etc can be ordered according the price list. We would be very glad to welcome you again to our hotel and remain with kind regards Raimund Höflinger - General Manager

El Hotel esta espectacular
Me encanto las instalaciones, el único detalle esta que nos toco nevado no fueron, el personal no es muy amable en del ámbito de servicio al cliente como la movilización de las maletas. El Buffet del desayuno muy rico pero si por el precio del desayuno seria conveniente que tuvieran los huevos recién hechos y no en una bufetera que parecía que los habían hecho un día antes, mejorar un poco el aspecto el buffet del desayuno.

Me gustó mucho el hotel en sí. La habitación muy buena y confortable. La ubicación del hotel muy conveniente, tiene una parada de bus justo al frente del hotel. Disfruté mucho mi estancia en este hotel.

As beautiful as it looks in the pictures, it is a stunning building with amazing rooms. The staff were so friendly. There was an amazing view over the city, and it was peaceful but there was still frequent public transport to get around. Will definitely be staying here again.

Sehr abgewohnt, alles noch voll mit alten Spannteppichen. Wenn man im Zimmer ist, pfeift der Wind durch, trotz geschlossenen Türen und Fenstern. Das selbe im ganzen Hotel. Der Wind pfeift hörbar durch geschlossene Fenster und Türen. Alles undicht. Die Lage, aber vor allem das Personal macht aber vieles wieder gut. Alle sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Tolle Busverbindung, maximal 10min Wartezeit.

Kaffee und Tee, sowie entsprechend Milch dazu und Wasserkocher, im Zimmer - super. Beim Auschecken musste ich ewig warten, trotz Klingeln... Beim abendlichen Sundowner auf der Terrasse war Service auf der Terrasse nicht mehr möglich, da dieser Service ab einem bestimmten zeitpunkt nicht mehr angeboten wurde. Schade, gerade der Terrassenausblick ist wunderschön. Ebenso dauerte es ewig, bis Gläser abgeräumt wurden und der Wassernapf für Hunde stand auch ewig rum. Ich würde dennoch wiederkommen, da das Zentrum von Wien mit Öffis wunderbar zu erreichen ist und man dennoch ausserhalb und in Ruhe übernachten kann. Service ist, so denke ich, auch hier auf Grund von Personalmangel in der Form nicht möglich, wie es sein sollte. Zum Schluss wollte ich noch erwähnen, dass in der Dusche die Silikonfuge erneuert werden sollten, da sich hier Schimmel gebildet hat.. .

Beautiful grounds. We really enjoyed walking the trails surrounding the hotel. Loved the loft bed suite with the great windows. Not a modern stay but that's what we enjoyed about it.

An old manor house that has been repurposed into a hotel. Easy parking in the grounds and lovely views over Vienna. The onsite restaurant was a bit odd: limited menu and no wine list (a glass of red or a glass of white) in a gazebo on the back of the hotel. The room was on two levels so you have negotiate a raised platform and stairs if you go to the loo in the night.

Slottsboende med utsikt över Wien
Väldigt trevligt boende. Restaurangterassen är en juvel. Sitta på frukost eller middag med utsikt över staden. Det är lätt att åka kommunalt med buss. Den stannar precis utanför och går hela tiden. Det tar mindre än en halvtimme till centrum. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß, das Bad etwas klein, aber trotzdem völlig ausreichend! Ein Highlight war das reichhaltige Frühstück auf der Hotelterrasse mit einem tollen Blick über Wien. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel verfügbar. Vom Hotel aus kommt man mit den Buslinien, die direkt vor dem Hotel halten, auch schnell in die Stadt. Wir mussten nie lange auf einen Bus warten. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können das Hotel empfehlen!

Nice stay
Really enjoyed the stay. Nice two floor rooms and very high ceilings. Overall castle flair is special too as well as the views over Vienna!
