The room was generally quiet, comfortable & very warm & the temperature couldn’t be controlled. The room wasn’t cleaned during the 5 night stay. I didn’t mind the towels & sheets not being changed but the floor wasn’t hoovered & only the bin was emptied. Only had breakfast once which was enough. Fine for just sleeping & washing for a short stay.

Clean, quiet and basic, exactly what we needed for a short stay in Vienna. Close by to trams into city centre, it is quite a bit away from everything so this was a life saver!

This would have been a great stay but the WiFi does not work in your room. I tried talking to them about it and basically got an “oh well” answer. Would not recommend unless you don’t need internet and then it is good.

Im EG stank es nach öffentlicher Toilette. Kein einladender Empfang. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr sauber. Der Flur im 10. Hat ähnlich gerochen wie im EG. Aus dem Duschgelspender kam sehr wenig Duschgel raus. Sehr hellhörig, man hat die Nachbarn beim laufen im Zimmer gehört.
