Pésima ubicación
Muy alejado de la ciudad. Y la única forma de movilizarte es en taxi o en tren que para tomarlo está relejos ya que debes caminar como 20 minutos y el trayecto es solitario que al regresar de noche no hay otra opción que llegar en taxi por lo inhóspito y oscuro de ka zona Hice el check in y ahi me enteré que mi habitación quedaba a 2 cuadras del hotel.?? O sea otro local donde solo estaban los que se hospedaban... que miedo la verdad. No lo recomiendo para nada. Pésima ubicación. No colocan en la página la información completa. En Viena los taxis son caros.

Dear Roxana, thank you for your time and your hones feedback. We are very sorry about that incident you had at your stay. We are a airport hotel which is located 10 min away from the airport. Sadly we are not a hotel in vienna, even though the airport is called vienna airport, the city itself is around 30 min away from the actual airport. Also our hotel as 3 different Buildings and accomendations. We have our business hotel which has 4 stars and is the main building. Then we also have our 4 stars business apartments which are 500 meters away and our 3 star bed & breakfast which is 250 meters away. We are truly sorry that it was confusing for you, but each of our buildings have different sites for online bookings. We are hoping that we will see you again and can explain everything to you in Person and make a better stay out of all. Also our reception is 24 Hours open, so please dont hesitate to contact the reception if there is any problem.

He estado solo una noche y me he alojado en este hotel por su cercanía al aeropuerto. Es una buena opción si no tienes que trasladarte al centro de Viena o si no quieres hacerlo a media noche.

Es un edificio,no un hotel
Es una pena que el cuarto es bueno,un poco basico,pero limpio y nuevo.Pero lo que nadie te dice es que esta habitación esta como a 300 mts del Hotel. llegamos de Viena centro en taxi y como este ya se habia ido pues creimos estar en el lugar correctoCreo era el dueño ,de muy poce gana,nos llevo a este edificio,nos dejo en la puerta y adios.Tuvimos que cargar las valijas a lo que creimos era el hotel,luego bajarlas(por escaleras),luego cargarlas otra vez para empezar a buscar donde estaba nuestro cuarto en un lugar oscuro y solo,a media noche,casi de susto.Para rematar nos dijeron que para comunicarnos con ellos solo levantaramos el telefono y ya,pues no contestaba nadie! Gracias a Dios por Skype pues pudimos comunicarnos asi. No les puedo comentar del desayuno pues salimos en un taxi ,que pagamos en la recepción al chek in,a las 5 am y ya casi en el aereopuerto nos dice el chofer que teniamos que regresar pues debia recoger a otro pasajero en el Hotel. Al llegar al Hotel,aunque tarde estaba lleno de gente en el bar,asi que el Hotel debe de ser agradable, el edificio a 300 mts que llaman el B&B es una locura

Very close to airport but still a 35 Euro Uber ride. Check in is in a different building so walked up and back late at night, not the best. Shower had significant mold all along grout. No coffee or soap/shampoo in room. Staff was pleasant and did arrange a cheaper reliable shuttle to the airport. I would not stay here again

We stayed for just one night, since our connection flight was in a early morning and we didn’t want to spend the night in an airport floor. We were booked for Just Rooms and we arrived at late night, missing the front door open. We call the hotel and they promptly send someone to pick us up! We’ll be always greatly for that.
