“This Villa was great, it had everything you could want for an extended stay in Nice. The Air Con was a live saver in the heatwave, solid Wi-Fi and a great Smart TV. The kids loved the pool and the layout was roomy and comfortable. Liars of places to sit and laze, private parking and only 10 minutes walk from the the Tram station. The bus stop was at the end of the road , so great connections all round. Franck was a great host as welll.”

“Wonderful pool and bbq. Friendly host who did all he could to make our stay enjoyable. Close to tram terminal for transport to Central Nice , beaches etc. Quiet out of town location with stunning views. Excellent boulangerie and bar within 5 mins walk Thoroughly recommend”

“Tourettes sur Loup is pleasantly distanced from the business of the Riviera but with a beautiful view that towers over it all. The streets of the village are impossibly cute and fun to explore. There are shops for any last minute needs though we mostly did our groceries “down the mountain”. There is lots of room and Isy and Les were very responsive to questions and concerns.”

“We were globally disappointed about that property due to different elements. Climatisation was installed in only 2 bedrooms, the rest of the house was hot (3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen …) and it was complicated to maintain the différent parts of the house cool. Part of the facilities were damaged: exterior sun loungers were ripped, one shower was partially broken, one base bed was not usable, the garden contain rusty tools dangerous for young children and was not maintained…. Finally...

“We had a terrific holiday even closer to Nice than expected. Within 15 minutes in the city center by car. Cannes and Monaco within half an hour. The house was very clean and the owners very friendly. It also had the best swimmingpool we’ve ever seen. We were very happy with our choice for this house!”

La proximité de l'épicerie du village est très appréciable. La réservation, la communication avec la propriétaire puis l'accueil ont été parfait. Je recommande cette location”

“Wir haben en Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sauber und klimatisiert. Bei einem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt gibt es nach einer Woche frische Handtücher. Großartig war der Poolbereich, den man immer für sich alleine hatte. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich und immer für einen Tipp offen.”

“Fabulous location! We stayed 12 nights at this wonderful Villa in August and we had the most amazing holiday that has given us some fantastic memories. The house has everything you'd need. The views across the coast were breathtaking! The private pool is really good size. Susanna is an incredible host ! We can't wait to go back! You need a good car 🚘”

“Malgre une meteo pas toujours radieuse en ce debut avril, nous avons passe un agreable séjour dans cette maison tout confort (tout semble neuf) accrochée à la montagne sur les hauteurs de Vence (à 5 minutes en voiture par une route un peu escarpée). La vue sur toute la côte est eblouissante, meme depuis la piscine, qui trouve sa place dans un jardin en terrasses. Point de départ idéal pour des randonnées dans le massif montagneux. Hôtes prévenants et sympathiques!”

“Propriétaires accueillants avec de petites attentions très agréables à l'arrivée. Maisonnette joliment décorée et bien agencée. Les 2 terrasses permettent de jongler avec le soleil. Le jacuzzi est le top ! En choisissant les bonnes routes l'accès à Nice et Villefranche est rapide. Merci pour cette semaine dans ce petit cocon.”

“Das Haus von Jean-Christoph liegt wunderschön an einem Hang. Es ist bestens ausgerüstet, wir haben oft gekocht und alles ist vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Zimmer sind schön und modern. Die Kommunikation mit Jean-Christoph verlief ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen wieder ;-)”

“A bit difficult to find and the approach is quite winding and steep. Communication with the landlady was great. Apartment very clean. For families who live cheaply and well and especially on trips to Nice, Cannes and Monaco as we are the ideal accommodation!”
