Posizione comoda con facilità di parcheggio, Non mi piace il letto scomodo con una coperta a sacco (tipo tedesco) corta e pesante, il lenzuolo inferiore in materiale elastico tipo rete che mi grattugia la pelle, avrei preferito un lenzuolo di cotone a contatto con il mio corpo. Non è accettabile, a mio modo di vedere e per la mia esperienza di viaggiatore business, 140 euro a notte per una singola un letto di così basso livello di comfort

One night stop - super breakfast
Stop for one night during a long car journey booked a room in this hotel. Very nice athomsphere, very clean rooms (as well as everything else), staff was very kind and breakfast simply fantastic

Hotellet som aldrig gör en besviken!
Vår familj valde att åka en omväg för att åter få bo på hotel Zoll igen. Det var lika bra som vi minns det men denna gången såg vi till att komma tidigare på dagen så vi hann både äta god mat i restaurangen och bada på kvällen. Dagen efter innan vi skulle åka vidare så hann vi åter ta ett härligt morgondopp i den fina poolen som har både en lyxig inomhusdel och en utomhusdel. Kring poolområdet finns väl tilltagna sol/vilstolar. Utomhus omges du av vacker natur och frisk luft! Hundar är också välkomna! Det är alltid lika trevligt att bli välkomnad av familjens gamla katt & hunden Aika. På hotellet finns något för alla. Toppen både för barnfamiljen så som romantisk parresa. Det finns ett fint lekrum nere i källaren samt en jätte fin lekplats på hotellets baksida. Ändå är det gott om utrymmen om man vill sitta tillsammans lite i skymundan. Jätte fin frukost där även varma rätter finns men man beställer ifrån värdinnan. (något som vi inte visste förra besöket)Vi fick jätte fin scramble äggröra med bacon! på motsatta sidan av vägen finns en BMX bana och inne i stan finns en liten äventyrs park.

Härligaste hotelet på vår resa-allas favorit
Här skulle familjen kunnat stanna kvar länge. Bokade ett lite finare hotel då vi skulle bila ner till Italien. Det var verkligen värt pengarna. Vi fick en svit 3 stora rum, 2 jätte fina badrum, ett litet kontor om man behövde jobba lite. Balkong med mest fantastiska utsikt och granne med en porlande alpbäck. Men märk väl att kvalitén på fönster var så bra att man inte alls hörde detta då dörren till balkongen var stängd. Underbar pol och spa avdelning! Massor av rekreation, beachvolley plan, klättervägg, och vilken lekplats för barnen! Jätte fin frukost. Stor kontinental och även varm men de kommer till borden för att ta beställning på det du vill ha av varm frukost! Det fanns även juicepress för den som ville göra sin egen morgondricka. På kvällen var ägarinnan jätte gullig och kunde göra mkt god schnitzel som vi fick ta med upp på rummet och äta då de precis skulle stänga resturangen då vi kom. Familjen vill åka hit igen! Lite dyrare hotelrum och resturang men toppkvalitet!

Toll ausgestattetes Hotel
Wir hatten ein Appartement für 5 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und mit 2 Badezimmern steht sich auch niemand im Weg. Ein tolles Angebot ist die zusatzliche, kostenlose Nutzung von Schwimmbad und Wellnessbereich. Auch das Essen ist fantastisch. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Everything was perfect after arrival. Arriving was difficult/There is a problem with the recognition of the address by navigation systems. My advise is to give coordinate or the main road address.

A very good stop-over
The stay was a stop-over, but it deserves more time. Probably a 4-star hotel a little bit lost outside the main village. Ideal if you want piece and quiet but still close to touristic area.

Albergo bello, nuovo e spazioso.
Soggiorno di una notte per un meeting. In due in camera matrimoniale. Arrivati alle 23.00 il personale ci ha accolti e consegnato le chiavi digitali per aprire camera e garage privato. Nonostante avessimo prenotato via internet la camera economy ci è stata consegnata una confort allo stesso prezzo. Struttura certificata da "Klimahouse" in classe B. Grazie ad una centrale idroelettrica producono più energia di quanto la struttura consumi. Camera spaziosa e pulita, munita di televisione, tapparelle e doppie tende. Ampio spazio negli armadi. Bello il bagno privato, munito di tutti i sanitari ed una doccia 80x80. Utilizzabile tranquillamente in due contemporaneamente. Colazione a buffet esagerata. Pane ed affettati del tirolo, ovviamente lo yogurt di vipiteno, non potevano mancare le classiche brioches, fette biscottate, biscotti, cereali ..ecc, ma per chiudere in bellezza il personale al tavolo oltre che portare le bevande calde, ci ha preparato l'uovo strapazzato al momento. Difficile lamentarsi. Anche se, per chi non è abituato, il piumone singolo non è il massimo del comfort. Magari una coperta in aggiunta dentro l'armadio poteva aiutare. In complesso giudizio positivo, 3 stelle che valgono 4. ++++ Anche perchè era la struttura pià economica della sua categoria !!! (però continuate a tenere il prezzo basso ! :D )

Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. wir haben im Rstaurant abends gut gegessen. Ein sehr familiärer Umgang mit den Gästen. Alles in Allem sehr gut.

Hotel Zoll er "toppen" til prisen
Hotel Zoll ligger meget smukt i Sydtirol og vi kom til hotellet ud på natten, men fik en god velkomst af ejeren og en flot service den følgende dag. DEt var et helt igennem godt hotel. Morgenmaden var super

Superfint hotel dog lidt fra Vipiteno
Vældig godt værelse og fantastisk fin morgenmad med en dejlig service. På grund af vejarbejde er det nødvendigt at anvende bilen, da det ikke er praktisk muligt at gå turen til selve byen, der ligger nogle km fra hotellet. Et ophold på Hotel Zoll kan anbefales uden problemer, og vi besøger gerne stedet igen.

Thank you for the review. We want to apologize, that you haven´t been happy with our hotel. We have controlled the room information and have seen, that there is a wrong information. Our Standard rooms have no balcony. We hope we can satisfy you, if you will come a other time.

Lovely hotel, but location down-grades it
We only stayed for one night, while in transit. The actual hotel and its facilities were lovely (I could happily live in the suite we had!), the food and staff were great. The only issue is its position right on the main arterial route between Italy and Austria - there is a major A road on one side, a river and a railway on the other. Although rooms are very well double-glazed (so there is no noise problem with these closed) during August one really rather wants them open...! The surrounding countryside is wonderful, so if you are prepared to leave the hotel environs, it is still a lovely place to be - but the hotel itself is hardly resort material. An excellent place to stop for the night while in transit, however.

Wir waren für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Das Hotel lädt zu einer längeren Verweildauer ein, Neben Sauberkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit ist besonders das Restaurant mit Bar zu empfehlen.

Trivelig familiedrevet
Det var trivelig som overskriften antyder. Det regnet dessverre voldsomt så jeg fikk ikke nytt den storslåtte naturen. Strømmen gikk også som følge av uværet. Det førte til at restauranten improviserte og kunne servere grillmat i stedet for den vanlige menyen. Veldig hyggelig betjening, oppfattet det slik at det var far, mor, datter og sønn.

the hotel and staff were beyond my expectations by far. i expected the place to be good after reading other review but i was blown away by the quality of the hotel and the kindness shown by the members of staff. i will most certainly be visiting again in the future.
