“Nicely located for visit to downtown area. Many wonderful restaurants nearby, including Quirk's own. Coffee bar in lobby is convenient. I liked that they offer RO water on each floor, but if it's down (as it was for our stay), no supply is available in the room. After 10pm call to the desk, no replacement water was offered. (The tap water was strangely solvent-like in taste and aroma.) The faucet is poorly placed and water ends up on the counter. No ventilation is available for the bathroom, so...

“Great hotel, great location, and overall great experience. The only part that I seen could use some work was the breakfast. It probably takes 30-40 seconds for the people to explain to you what you can have. Even then it is quite unclear. Also there wasn't any complimentary coffee downstairs available. ”

“It’s the first Courtyard that actually had a courtyard. Breakfast not included was a bummer. Even basics such as coffee had a price. Not much in the area to walk to. Some restaurants but no cute shops. Cobble stone streets and uneven sidewalks made it definitely feel like old town. It was very quiet and room was nice.”

“Older building but charming. No hand soap in bathroom. Toilet kept running. Comfortable beds. Helpful polite staff. Convenient location within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Would stay again.”
