Insecto en la puerta
Al llegar a la habitación había un insecto en la puerta interior, lo reporte a la recepción, y ese día no hicieron nada, al día siguiente salimos temprano de la habitación y al regresar en la noche seguía el insecto. Hablé de nuevo a la recepción y la persona que me contestó me dijo que no sabía nada, que acababa de llegar, y no ofreció ninguna solución, pedí hablar con el gerente y se rio y me dijo que a esa hora no estaba el gerente. Al dejar la habitación la persona en la recepción fue grosera con nosotros, nos atendió de mala gana.

Hotel itself was top - just as described. Room was large enough, bed new and it was quiet. Staff were nice. The area surrounding is a series of massive outlet shops and the Westfield shopping centre. Tram is the only public transport into the centre and the station lies outside of the central Vienna fare zone.

Günstiges Hotel, zum reinen übernachten ok. Zimmer und Bad könnte man durchaus mal renovieren. Anbindung nach Wien über Badner Bahn, 10 Minuten zu Fuß- man braucht aber noch ein extra Ticket, da die Haltestelle außerhalb der Kernzone Wien liegt. Restaurant war wegen Personalmangel geschlossen. Unser Elektroauto konnten wir problemlos laden, 2x11kw stehen auf dem Hotelparkplatz zur Verfügung.

Great for city trips and shopping
Great location as it has direct tram to Opera/KarlsPlatz 5min away. There are also restaurants in Cineplex. Huge SCS (shopping center sud) next door. You do hear highway, but not too much.

Ok hotel til overnatning men ikke ferie.
Ok hotel hvis man er i transit eller til overnatning, men ikke som ferie hotel. Da vi chekkede ind var de ligeglade med mit BW Diamond Select medlemskort. Vi havde bestilt et værelse med tre senge to enkelt senge og en sove sofa. Sovesofaen var ikke god at ligge på, hård som et bræt i midten og blød i sidderne. WIFI'en var ustabil og stort set ubrugeligt på værelset. Der kunne godt have været et lille køleskab på værelset, det så ud som der tidligere havde været et. Hotellet ligger tæt på et stort indkøbscenter og andre butikker.

Beim Check-In dauerte es sehr lange . Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal wenn man im SCS shoppen möchte .

Un buon hotel a pochi km dal centro di Vienna.... Stanza grande con vari servizi a disposizione come il bollitore per fare caffè e te.... l unica pecca non c'è nessuna presa di corrente in bagno....

Terrible and not really 4 star
It is really unfair to the other hotels that actually are 4 and 5 star, when places like this just lie and call themselves 4-star obviously to attract customers. I think the only reason they can somehow get away with calling themselves 4-star is that they have a swimming pool ( that nobody uses ) out in the backyard. But there really needs to be some extra reviews on places like this and extra investigations on the fact that they get away with lying and calling themselves what they definitely are NOT. When they’re clearly only 2.5 to 3-star if that.

When we came into the room, we noticed that one of the pillows had blood stains on them, we called reception to ask them to replace the pillow and it took nearly 2 hours for someone to come and change it. The TV in the room also didn't work and they had an attitude about fixing the remote and once again it took nearly 2 hours for someone to come and replace it. When we told the manager in the morning about how our stay was, he was rude and apprehensive despite the fact that we were very polite and he started saying "All of you Americans think you can just write bad reviews, well we will call the police because that's not how we do things here in Europe" and he said "Fortunately this isn't America " and he kept making his rude comments about Americans, even though all we did was complain that the room was clearly not cleaned. The Manager was extremely rude and didn't even once apologize for the condition of the room and had the audacity to give us attitude. Stay away from this place.

Perfect Stop Over Hotel
Very friendly staff and well located for motorway stop over. Big shopping centre close by but not much in way of restuarants or bars.
