Sucia, es un foco infeccioso. Todo estába muy sucio, encontramos cucarachas muertas debajo del sofá, las sábanas sucias con pelos de otros huéspedes. Definitivamente nunca volvería con mis bebés y familia

La reservación hecha con ustedes no apareció, se tuvo que contratar el servicio pero del costo contratado con ustedes al precio pagado directamente fue 500 dólares más elevada

Amigo Inesperado
Todo estaba bien hasta que apareció un amigo inesperado, un ratón y se paseaba por la habitación como uno más de la familia, eso es terrorífico para mis hijos, no querían dormir más en esa habitación, pero tampoco me solucionaron nada, del resto de los días todo muy bien, desayuno diferente todos los días. Muy bien!

Recomendable
Recommendable, es un apartamento may completo y amplio, está accessible y cerca del distrito de Washington. De hecho es mas recomendable quedarse en las afueras por que en Washington DC no hay en donde estacionarse. El desayuno bueno, hay diferentes opciones. Lo único que necesita mantenimiento son los elevadores. La lavadora tiene costo, la secadora es sin costo. Buena opción

Room was a suite and was very spacious and clean. Free breakfast was full hot breakfast with numerous options. Check in was very slow and the furniture in reception area needs to have thecupholstery cleaned or replaced. Bad initial look to a very nice hotel at a good price.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I've had in a while. It had a decent variety of options to eat and drink.

Hébergement pas récent. Mérite une rénovation. Logement plutôt propre mais peut mieux faire. Le déjeuner continental est limité en proposition et variété. Par contre, idéalement placé avec l'accès au métro à 5 minutes à pied et un petit supermarché à 12 minutes à pied. Sinon possibilité de se faire livrer par Uber eat directement dans la chambre.

Room desperately needed updating.. drapery was cracked and peeling on backside.. sliding glass doors were so dirty.. not what I was expecting for the money we paid.. the breakfast was reasonably good.. old hotel with old or original furnishings!! Did not feel clean.

Check in was very efficient. Plenty of on site parking. $15 charge for parking, but worth it. Hotel has older decor, but for some reason it just works. We were happy with our spacious room. Plenty of dining options that are walkable. The hill to get there is a little steep so keep that in mind if you choose to walk. Arlington is a beautiful city and we hope to be back soon.

Suites are spacious and comfortable, although somewhat worse for the wear. The fridge in our first room was not cold, so we moved next door. (Ice machine in hall also broken, as were laundry machines.) That fridge worked but the shower curtain was too short and water constantly flooded the floor. Good thing we had extra towels. Otherwise the room was comfortable, big enough for a family. Beds were super comfortable, if on the small size for a queen. Breakfast was good. Of the three front desk staff I encountered, two were gruff (and one rather rude to another customer). Sorry if they had a long day, after a 10 hour drive, so did I. Nonetheless, I would stay here again. Short walk (up a steep hill) to Metro. Parking is $15/night, and if you beg they will give you the code to the garage instead of parking lot.

It served the purpose. I went up for breakfast early on my last day and when I returned to my room to take a nap (all of my belongings still clearly visible in room), my bed was stripped, even though I 1) still had the do not disturb sign on the door, and 2) there was no reason for someone to be in my room before I checked out. It was also very noisy - guests running down the halls and being loud, etc.

A great place to stay for my family of 4. Spacious room, very clean and quiet. Breakfast room has a great view of the city, and great hot breakfast with lots of options. Beds were very comfortable and shower was fine. Easy 2-block walk to the subway station, and daily parking was a very fair price per day. My 13 and 10 year olds enjoyed walking to Fireworks Pizza for dinner so much that we ate there again the second night. A perfect stay!

Good property for the price. We went during Easter weekend which means it was really busy. Long lines for breakfast in the morning and parking spots were scarce in the evening. Also, two out of three elevators were down meaning long lines waiting to use. We did use the stairs when we could. I will say, they had the best continental breakfast I’ve seen in a long time, so it made it worth the wait. Very convenient location to get to the metro and into the city.

Staff didn't show to clean-up our room, basically we are accurate and cleaning wasn't needed, but at least to change a towels but did knock our door 4 times on a date of check-out. Balcony declared on booking was screw-drived and closed.

Nice place. The room is huge and comes with kitchen and a lot of facilities if you travel with kids or family. Very old fashioned building and furniture but clean. Breakfast is very good. Very close to Arlington cemetery and all the places to go in DC. Be aware the parking is $15 per night and by request, so be carefully if the hotel is full. Good hotel to stay in Washington DC with family.
