Es muy agradable el lugar en el que está ubicado, cerca de metro y muy segura y agradable la zona. Las habitaciones son confortables y tienen todo lo que ofrecen. Las camas son muy cómodas. Los servicios son muy buenos. La atención deja bastante que desear, en recepción, en cualquiera de los turnos son muy inflexibles y poco cordiales, no tienen intención de brindar información a los huespedes con respecto a los horarios, los servicios o cualquier otra información referente al hotel.

El personal fue siempre amable y atento. Quien nos recibió, aunque parecía haber tenido una llamada estresante Antes de atendernos, fue formal y paciente. No hay desayuno y las camas son menos cómodas que otros Days in en los que he estado, pero no son malas para personas con espaldas en buena condición. El aspecto del hotel es un poco oscuro. Uno de los elevadores no servía para subir, solo para bajar. En el 4to piso la hielera no sirve y no hay letrero que diga donde ir a buscar hielo.hay rincones del pasillo que huele a humo. En nuestro cuarto no había refrigerador. Nuestro cuarto es de 2 camas y solo pusieron un shampoo suficiente para un persona ( aunque es posible pedir más). No hay limpieza diaria, asi que tienes que dejar la basura fuera o irla a tirar por tu propia cuenta. Dejamos la toallas usadas afuera y nos trajeron nuevas pero no hay ningún anuncio de que ese es el protocolo. Lo más desagráviela es que los bordes del baño estaban sucias, no curtidas, sucias! Cuando lo reportamos viniendo y dejaron la bañera correctamente limpia. Encontramos un insecto en la pared la 2da noche.parecía una chincha gigante, es posible que fuera una araña pequeña. La matamos de un zapatazo volador, pero no logramos alcanzarla y se quedó en la pared. La lámpara entre las dos camas no funcionaba. Solo recomendaría este lugar si no encuentras otra opción, ya que está en una área segura, con pocas opciones de comida pero muy cerca del subterráneo/metro y con buses y Ubers.

Hotel para pasar la noche solamente
Hotel en una buena ubicación; tenía restaurantes, supermercado y el metro cerca. Camas cómodas y habitación decentemente limpia. El problema que confróntanos fue el que se permitía que los clientes fumaran todo tipo de sustancias en cualquier parte del hotel y el olor se tornaba insoportable en un 70% del tiempo. Pedimos retirarnos antes de los estipulado pero no hacían devolución por lo que amablemente nos cambiaron de piso lo que tornó la situación un poco tolerable. Nunca había realizado un check out tan temprano y a demás llegaba lo más tarde posible al hotel para evitar lo más posible exponer a los menores de edad.

IDK how long ago Wyndham aquired Days Inn, but this was NOT what I would expect to be Wyndham standards. The door frame in the bath room was rusting, at the bottom, because the shower curtain is extremely difficult to close the gap to the wall and water puddles on the floor. No food, no guest accessible microwave to reheat even coffee. One elevator (of 2) was damaged. Someone had smashed the key reader, preventing guests to go up to rooms. It did funtion to go down. TV remote only allows linear channel scrolling with no ID or guide, making it impossible to find the beginning of any program. This is just the short list.

Location is ok, property and amenities are very old. The mattress has to be one of the most uncomfortable hotel mattresses I've ever stayed in. If you are going for a vacation, don't recommend. If a quick trip and just need a place to put your head down, go for it.

Building interior seems a little run down. The rooms are generally clean but there were brown (coffee?) Stains on the curtains and there was mold/mildew on the shower wall. Very overpriced for the state of the room. Im sure if i carefully inspected the entire room it would have had more issues. But honestly, ignorance is bliss and i was just staying the one night.

This hotel is in deplorable conditions. Paint was pealing in the bathtub. Carpets filthy. Hotel only has room housekeeping every 3 days. Even when I asked for clean towels every day this did not happen. Stay away
