We reach out to every guest on the day of arrival. If they are arriving at 3pm or 11pm. Sometimes they beat us and arrive early and if the room is ready the guest can start enjoying the room immediately. If the room is not ready yet we are happy to take care of the luggage.Our hair and body products are from Lather. Hi Sydney,I am glad you had a fabulous stay with us. I am sorry I wasn't aware off your drop off issue. We have a designated spot in front of the Guesthouse for our guests to drop off their luggage. The parking issue is as most large cities a challenge. We have two parking spots available for our guest about 2 - 3 minutes walk (one block) from the Poppy.Next time reach out to me directly and we make sure you can drop off your luggage and find a good parking solution.Nico

Hi Colleen,Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about your sinuses. I would have loved to turn off the scent machine. As your daughter knows parking in Georgetown or any big/dense city is difficult. We have parking a block from the Poppy If you wished using our parking spot. We charge about the same as local parking garages with the benefit of in and out privilege's. Next time when you join us let me know and I turn of the scent machine.Nico
