“We were welcomed most graciously and shown to a most lovely room. The ambience made us feel immediately comfortable. The surrounding area was easily walkable for shopping or just enjoying the sights. Parking was no problem.”

“A really nice place close to downtown square. Accommodations were superb. Breakfast was great (home cooked and hot) The host (Julie) anlso accommodated our diet needs with choices. WiFi and YouTube TV channel was also good. The host also suggested sites around town and was very friendly. Definitely recommend this B&B. ”

“Great getaway and beautiful river venue - good consideration for large gatherings close to DFW; Friendly and knowledgeable staff; however, we stayed on a Tuesday night and staff left at 5 so no access to recreation cabin, ice, lodge until next morning. Close enough to Mineral Wells to get dinner and drinks at the few places that were open on a Tuesday evening. Fishing dock was pleasant and strolling the grounds a unique experience. Bed just okay.
