The guy at the front desk was not friendly or helpful at all. The shower is super tiny, you cant bent to clean your feet without going outside of the shower. The room is very dark. At 10:30 pm the neighbor kept hitting the wall, after some minutes a lady came in to tell us we have to turn the tv off cause it was quiet hours (it was on a 20 out of 100). And to end a horrible stay they charged us 50 dollars without saying anything. We called and said a pillow was missing and WE DID NOT TAKE ANYTHING from there. It is ridiculous, avoid this place its not worth over 250 dollars a night.

Hi,Thank you for your review. If you weren't happy with the room you could've find other accommodation and we would've refunded you. You were charged 50 because the decorative logo pillow was missing after you check out.

There was one less than optimum point and that was the size of the bathroom which was incredibly small. The shower was no more than 3x3 and there were no shelves which left you placing things on the shower floor which was already too small. The other point of note is the parking is "first come--first served" which would be fine, but there are more rooms than parking spaces. If you are late arriving at the property be prepared to search for alternatives. Otherwise, the room was very clean and well kept. They do make the most of the room size.

This place was perfect for a couple of days in Yellowstone! Showers are extremely small, but definitely works for a couple of days.

We really liked the property until the people in the next room arrived. You could hear them as if they were in the same room. Also the shower was a bit too small for me. My wife it was fine.

Moose Creek in is in a great location within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping, and only a short drive to Yellowstone. My room was comfortable and clean, just a tad small for a hotel room. But since I was in the area to explore, this wasn't a problem. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Front desk was super friendly, I don’t think I have ever been given a tour of a hotel or been shown to my room after check in, was a super nice touch! The room was very clean and comfortable, I would definitely book again and will recommend to others, the service of the two night time desk agents is top notch.

Gem off the main strip
Really nice place off the main drag, which means less traffic noise. Lobby and room were really nice with homely, country feel. Quiet area during the fall season, but the walls of the hotel can seem a little thin at times. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Location is within walking distance to the main streets, food, shops, and grocers. Proximity to Yellowstone West entrance is terrific for visiting the park!

The two guys at the front desk were totally helpless. Didn’t seem to know how to run the various machines (vcr) and didn’t want to even answer my questions. So disappointed in them.

I absolutely LOVED this place!! We stayed in the King Room. It's small but cozy. The staff is wonderful. Tea & Coffee & Hot Cider service in the lobby was great! The lobby was a nice & cozy place to hang. Walking distance to restaurants!
