“Area around the property has many homeless people, but I suppose is expected in any city’s downtown area. I indicated limited parking as I thought there would be parking available with the rental. I ended up parking in a paid parkade. Not a huge deal, I probably missed the fact that parking wasn’t included.”

“Location to WEM was great! 3 minute walk. Condo was louder because of busy streets, but not unbearable. Needed darker curtains in two bedrooms that faced east. It was very bright at night and in the morning. Only one small pot in the kitchen, so don’t expect to make anything bigger than one box of MD. Everything else was excellent. Would stay again.”

“The inside of property (condo) was great. Didn’t like the four flight of stairs, but I guess it is good for the legs. Haha. Location was great, with many amenities close by. The front door doesn’t shut properly, but is secure when locked.”

“This was a great place to stay for our Edmonton trip. I wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities, but it was a short and busy trip. Steve was very accommodating and easy to deal with. We’d stay here again for our next trip and promise not to bug you to come meet us after check out!”

“This is a clean and fresh condo in an older building. The room has the basics, but not a lot of extras. One set of towels, two pillows for the bed etc. The big plus side is the location as it's within walking distance of some great restaurants, cafes and clubs. We LOVED La Bosco right around the corner every morning. We'd stay again. It gets the job done.”

“Practical, very near the West Edmonton Mall, the A/C in the ceiling is a bit noisy and the orientation of the shower in direction of the curtain is weird, but a nice place to stay in”

“From the moment I booked Alex has been very great at communication and making sure everything was perfect. I can’t say enough great things about the house itself. The house is in a great location, close walk to a park with a school playground. 6 minute drive to WEM. It is a crazy central location. The actual house is stocked with everything that you could need and the beds are super comfortable. If I’m ever in Edmonton again I would book here for sure.”
