Cute little place!
This was the perfect little house for a short weekend! Was very clean! Beds were comfortable, host was so nice and easy to communicate with! Definitely would recommend to others& will be highly considering coming back next year!

This little house was EXACTLY what I was looking for! We came down for 2 nights for my daughter to compete at the convention center so the location was perfect walking distance. I needed a separate room for myself to sleep since my 4 & 6 year old my mom keep me up at night so the room situation was again, perfect! The house was CLEAN which is the first thing I noticed & appreciated very much. We were able to find free parking at the end of the street and we left the car all weekend since everything is walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again & recommend over and over.

There are only minor items to reflect on - My husband and I are senior citizens and the thermostat was hard to figure out. The kitchen sink does not have a stopper to keep water in to wash dishes. The television does not carry the major networks. Like I said - these were minor issues. The house was very clean.

Great place
The house was great. Easy access to the boardwalk and as well as exiting the island towards either Stone Harbor or Rio Grande. The VRBO Host provided a quick response regarding our request for an iron. Honestly, I only have good things to say. If I had any ideas to make the stay better, the only thing that would be very above and beyond would be leaving a list of places to eat in the off season. Wildwood is mostly a tourist town and plenty closes up in the off season as expected and those business don't always update their Google My Business. So you don't know what is really open or really closed until you arrive at the restaurant / business. That's not a VRBO Host problem, but that's all I could think of for feedback. The place was great, and honestly the price was favorable for anywhere. (Let alone 1.5 blocks off the beach) If this place is open, book it!!

Excellent property at an even more excellent location
We stayed at Villa Di Viggiano for two nights as an end-of-summer trip. It was a great home—immaculately clean, comfortable for five people and one infant, and a block away from the Boardwalk. We won't hesitate to book again!

A great spot.
We'll be back. It was a great little spot and close to the beaches. Parking is a little difficult but contact the township for the weekly pass. It would have been much easier. (Not the propertys fault. But just some advice)

Cozy beach house in a prime spot
The location was perfect. 5 min from Duffers, 5 min from the boardwalk. Perfect size for a family of 4 ( 2 kids under 7 ). Would definitely rent this property again.

Overall happy with the apartment. Blinds in bedrooms and bathroom should be replaced as they are in disrepair. Room darkening shades would be better. There was a car that parked in the driveway that made it difficult to pack our car. Owner? Laid on the hood and blared music around 10PM one night.

Very close to the boardwalk
walking distance from the boardwalk so the location of the property is very convenient. we were allowed to check-in early and the property manager was very quick to answer any questions we had. make sure to bring your OWN sheets, towels etc because none of that is provided. if needed they will provide it to you at an extra charge. the pillow cases could use some updating. the couch is a bit old we cleaned it a ton before sitting on it. the mattress cover in the master bedroom had yellow stains on it. the blinds are awful they are cheap and half of them do not work and they let ALL the morning light in; get ready to be woken up very early from all the light seeping in. my partner is 6ft and the master bedroom bed is way tooo small for him. he was extremely uncomfortable. the walls and trim could use some fresh paint they are pretty beat up. staying here you are paying for the location. if you are using it as a place to just sleep in i guess it is ok. lastly wildwood is not what it use to be. it is pretty ghetto around the area.

Stayed for tattoo convention
Coworkers and I stayed here for a weekend to work a convention. Definitely a great place to stay, was cozy yet spacious and accommodating. The location in relation to the convention center was perfect.

Great time! Didn’t receive call backs to property owners, but found my answers in other reviews.
Great location! Clean place! The other visitors in visitors 2-4 did not agree it was a ‘common area’ outside so we didn’t get to use it. Don’t forget bath towels and sheets. We had a great time!

Weekend Trip
Stayed for July 4th weekend. Close to boardwalk and beach. Great size for family of 4. Biggest issue there is No parking . Once we found a spot on street we did not move our car for 3 days. We walked everywhere. Owner easy to work with. Plus there is a property manager who oversees property. I had a small issue property manager came out and owner was in contact with me. Was a great trip would stay here again

Nice Place
The property was exactly as posted. Perhaps a little better than the pics show. I grew up in a beach town and I know how dilapidated these homes can get over the years, but this was not the case. We stayed during the off-season, so it was very quiet. There was someone in the unit above us and we could hear them moving about, and there was a little noise in the evening, but acceptable. The owner was very diligent in responding to questions. Nice place.

Everything was good till the last day
The place is great clean easy check in process everything was good till the last day were a gentleman with long hair came up to me and a group of friends that were sitting on the front porch and claim to be the owner of the house and said a bunch of negative nasty things to us here for 4 days no need to talk to me disrespectfully

As the owner, I pulled you aside from other individuals the following day to let you know that noise and music heard from your apartment until 4:30am was against the rules and asked that you comply with house rules. I knew this to be true as I was staying in the villa above you. I was not disrespectful and in fact you ended the conversation saying no problem.-thanks. Further you continued to break rules by leaving the villa with dirty dishes, left over food, windows open with central air on--which caused additional cleaning. If feel we treated you more than fairly.

July Vacation
The biggest drawback of this property is parking. Yes there is “on street” free parking available if you can find an open spot. Almost all of the other property’s on this and neighboring streets have garages. Logic would suggest that all of the people in these condos would park in their own driveway or garage. Not so. The first place everyone on the street try’s for are the limited number of free on street parking slots. This frees op their own driveway for others in their condo. Of course once they snag a spot, they jockey cars around to always control the free spots. During my 4 days there, I never saw one of the free spots available. Parking is therefore limited to the metered spaces which are nearby and mostly available. The drawback is that you must pay 2.00 an hour from 8 am until 3 am for a total of $38.00 per day plus the 35 cents the parking app on your phone charges. The only way I was able to reduce the cost of parking was to park in one of the large parking lots by the beach that costs $10 a day from 7 am to midnight with no return once you leave. I would move my car before 8 am to one of these lots, and then walk down to reposition my car to a metered spot around 10pm and pay for the 5 hours to 3am.
