Great location
The place was very clean and in great condition. Very easy check in. The color scheme was very relaxing and I loved the artwork. we only used the queen bed which was comfortable. Parking was not an issue because we were there in the off season. We would consider renting again for next year if still available.

A Perfect Shore House Experience in Wildwood, NJ
Our recent stay at your shore house in Wildwood, NJ was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in close proximity to the vibrant boardwalk and the serene beach, the location of the house was ideal for a perfect vacation. The house was equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The proximity to the boardwalk meant we had easy access to a variety of entertainment options. The lively atmosphere, combined with the array of shops and eateries, ensured there was never a dull moment. Just a stone’s throw away from the house was the beautiful beach. The convenience of being able to take a short walk to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf was truly a luxury. The house itself was well-maintained and clean, with all amenities functioning perfectly. In conclusion, our stay at this shore house was an excellent location, coupled with the well-equipped and comfortable house, therefore we would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation.

Cute Apartment
The apartment was adorable. Clean,.fresh, comfortable and within walking distance of the boardwalk. Everything we needed was there. The only challenge we had was parking. We had to drive around the block several times and ultimately parked away from the apartment in a paid spot.

This property was amazing. Easy to find, easy to access and very clean. The boardwalk is really close to 3-4 minute walk. Parking is definitely difficult. You can park on the street, if you can find one or you have to pay the meter. Which can get pricey. Overall, I would definitely stay again. My family and I are very happy.

Wildwood Stay
Place was clean. Property was perfect for our weekend stay. The only thing is we had no electric the 1st night of our stay and since we didn’t think of preparing for this it was so hard to navigate without a source of light. Our phones died prematurely due to this. A flash light could have saved the day.

Better in picture than reality
First experience with VRBO. So we went for a supper host to make sure we are getting what we see. Place is very close to beach, excellent for that. It says parking available but in reality, it is in the street, in busy season, may not be that obvious to find parking. But what we did not like was the furniture, old and dirty. Stains on the bed covers and on the mattress covers. Walls in bathroom dirty, we put our towels on the sofas to be able to sit down and did not even use the terrasse as the furniture there was even worst. Nice kitchen setup, everything you need is there. But fridge is so old that I felt an airplane was passing by when the compressor started. Nice a/c, cannot open windows as most do not have screens or they are damaged. But the worst was the noise. I could understand what the people below us were saying. That was a bit annoying as the bed is over the living room from downstairs. So got very noisy in the evening. But the location is great. Close by beach and boardwalk. Felt safe to walk outside.

I am sorry that you did not have a 5 star experience. Our parking indicates loading and unloading only so misunderstanding is unfortunate. Had you shared that your villa was not up to your cleanliness standards I would have sent the cleaners over to address as we want to assure everyone has a 5 star experience. Pennie

Great Stay. Excellent Location
We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was exactly as pictured and Frank was very prompt with replies to questions, etc. The unit was very clean and had plenty of room for a family of four. It’s also in a great location. A very short walk to the convention center and boardwalk. As noted by other reviewers, street parking can be a challenge during busy times, one of the twin beds should be replaced, and the queen bedroom could benefit from some curtains to block the morning sun. Overall, we were happy with the unit and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The one twin bed in the second bathroom was loose and made a lot of noise.

Despite needing to play around with the pushbutton lock in order to access the condo, we had a great time! Everything was as described and the owner was more than helpful and available whenever I had concerns or questions. Would definitely come back again.

One night in WW with friends
This property is ok, nothing special. The air conditioning was lagging quite a bit due to a really dirty filter. The PM promptly came over and cleaned the filter and it eventually cooled down. Beds are not very comfy and comfy quite loud and squeaky. It was fine for a one night stay but probably wouldn’t go beyond that for the price.

Ideal location
The property was fairly represented on VRBO. It was clean, comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. The location is the plus, as it is on the southern beginning of the boardwalk piers. We did not cook, so we did not look to see if the necessary essential kitchenware was available. There were 2 things that were not acceptable: the master bedroom did not have accesible electical outlets on eitherbside of the bed. The only accessible outlet was by the window on opposite end of bed. This made it impossible to connect ny CPap and our 2 mibile phones by the bed. The outlet behind the bed is inaccessible; we asked to check in a bit earlier at 3:00 pm vs 4:00 pm. A very short reply was sent by Pennie saying no because guest were checking out of apt. (Checkout is at 11 am)...we arrived anyway at 3:30 and it was clear that the property had been cleaned much earlier. Not very accomodating.

Thank you for your feedback. We will definitely work on the outlets. The early check in can be a challenge as cleaners have many units to clean in Wildwood and responding to calls to see if it is ready yet can be frustrating for them--yet I do hear your concern. Worked for us!
As a group of girlfriends staying together, the condo was adequate and worked for us. We felt like we got what we paid for, but would suggest a shower rug (the door drips after opening and makes the floor very slick) and a few cereal bowls (only one in cupboard). Due to bringing snacks and then eating out, we didn’t need many kitchen essentials, but would suggest a chip-free skillet. The place was spotless upon arrival. We had no need to contact anyone about any difficulties or complaints while there.

Cheer Competition
A friend and I rented this for a cheer competition that was held at the Wildwood Center. If it wasn't so cold you could easily walked over there. We had issues with the heater not working in our rental unit. Even though it was around 11 at night the owner responded right away and offered another unit for us. The other unit was pretty much the same features as the one we were renting. It's very clean and every online pictures is accurate presentation of what you are renting. I love the option that if you had more family could rent all the units to accommodate family vacation or family reunions. It was in a nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and the board walk. Would definitely rent here again.

Simple & Easy
Process & communication was easy and responsive. They were very accomodating with my concerns about motorcycle parking. The place was as described, clean & easy to get to and a great location as it is close to everything. A basic setup, clean, and the sundeck was a nice place to hang out for coffee or drinks at night. For a short few days, this place was perfect for what we needed. The only reason i did a 4 star, was because 2 out of the 3 of us, were a little uncomfortable on the beds. Pullout mattress a little thin. overall, a good price for a basic stay. Thanks, we had a great time.

Vacation spot
Had a great time at this place for a much needed vacation. Place was clean and cozy. The upstairs porch was my favorite part. Please take note that this place does not include towels and linens, I didn’t realize this but luckily my cousin came down a day late and brought some stuff for us.

We usually stay in North Wildwood, but we went to the Barefoot County Music Fest and it was the perfect location. Short walk to the concert. The house was nice and clean. Shower was a little tight, but overall good stay!

Great location and easy access to everything. Rental was nice, clean and we all enjoyed it. The shower is a tight squeeze and we had to make a floor mat for getting out. Beds comfortable, AC was wonderful. Renting neighbors were nice. My one son loved playing with the kids. Parking right in front of the house was perfect and free. The food locations were close by and we walked everywhere. Definitely bring extra towels and paper toiletries. Owners communicated with me quickly before arrival. I would definitely rent here again. One downside was we rented upstairs and for some off reason it never rained but our outside furniture was soaking wet. Very odd and we couldn’t figure that out. No sprinklers and the hose was far away.

Overall Good But Needs Maintenance
We stayed for one night. Convenient location and the house was clean. The owner was also very accommodating and let us check in early. The unit itself though really needs updating. Broken blinds, stained and damaged walls, and ancient refrigerator/AC units made it obvious that the place is not well maintained. Did the trick for one night but I'd not want to stay longer than that.

With folks staying all summer it is hard to do maintenance during season for other than emergency. Will be fully repaired and updated. Thank you for letting me know we have opportunity. Hope you give us another chance next year
