Las habitaciones y el hotel no tienen nada que ver con las fotos que se publican. Esta bastante deteriorado, las habitaciones sucias, nuestras sábanas manchadas, esta junto a la vía del tren y se escucha cuando pita cada vez que pasa, además nos toco una vecina de habitación que estuvo gritando y con la tele a un volumen elevado y no nos dejó dormir bien, además de que la habitación no tiene persianas y hay luz de los letreros toda la noche. El desayuno dicen que es continental y es lamentable todo bollería y de baja calidad, ni yogures, ni huevos revueltos… ¡¡PARA NO REPETIR!!

El espacio de la habitación es muy bueno, sus camas y almohadas muy cómodas, instalaciones limpias, tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. Sobre el desayuno no esperen mucho, es todo en harina (pan dulce, waffles), chocolate caliente, jugo y cereal.

Decepción en una estancia muy deseada
La experencia no fue nada buena, la persona que nos atendió sumamente mal encarada, el servicio pésimo, la limpieza de las habitaciones terrible, las alfombras de los pasillos, sucias y viejas, el desayuno pésimo. Muy mala experiencia solamente fueron dos días pero no lo recomiendo.

Muy bien ubicado para el paseo en tren, pero se siente mucho ruido de las demás habitaciones que impide dormir bien. Las camas son medianamente cómodas. No arreglan la habitaciones a menos que se queden más de dos noches.

Fue el mejor hotel del viaje. Al momento de co tratarlo decia que tenia desayuno y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no estaban sirviendo desayuno debido al covid. Solo deberian corregir eso en los sitios web. Aparte de esto todo estuvo espectacular. Me vol eria a quedar en ese hotel con los ojos cerrados

We spent only one night there, rooms were comfy. My only concern is that we were notified during check in that they were not offering breakfast ( When booking in expedia they indeed mentioned breakfast included) Besides this situation, the service during check in and check out was great and helpful.

La Atención al Cliente es MALA.
La estadía no estuvo bien debido a la falta de atención del personal. Y en la Recepcion, al hacer el check-out, la encargada del hotel, tuvo una mala actitud ante cosas insignificantes. Además no funcionaba la máquina de hielo del edificio y debíamos trasladarnos al otro edificio para buscar hielo.

La habitación estaba bien, buen baño aunque el ventilador hacia bastante ruido al encender La Luz. Se escucha mucho el ruido de la carretera y de las otras habitaciones. Y el desayuno un poco escaso si no te gusta el dulce.

Lo recomiendo y regresaria
Hotel perfecto para disfrutar el gran cañón y por la noche caminar por las calles, tiendas pintorescas de la ruta 66 y una amabilidad excelente de la gente. Solo recomendaria algo mas en el deayuno, se agradecería enormemente.

The stay was comfortable and quiet. Free breakfast was a great way to start each day before heading north to the Grand Canyon. The hotel is located in a nice, friendly small town.

The housekeepers are very friendly and helpful. However, the property manager is rude. The bathroom door got stuck and unable to open the door from the inside. Luckily, I was not alone in the room. We called the front desk for help. The manager came and scolded us that we didn’t know how to unlocked the bathroom door. That was rude. My friend got locked from the inside and so am I. It was a nightmare staying in that hotel because we don’t want to get locked inside the bathroom.
