What a great property. The property is 50/50 Laquinta and Hawthorne. Similar vibes but Hawthorne has extended say with 2 burner stove top mid size fridge with a freezer. This was just the spot I needed for the night.

The floors are very thin and you can hear the people walking in the rooms above you. Also, when I was taking a nap in the room one of the staff tried to use their key card to enter the room despite the fact that the do no disturb sign was posted. The room condition is very good, beds comfy, kitchenette excellent.

Beautiful property and very clean. Great breakfast options. Rooms are very poorly soundproofed. We could hear the faintest noise which led us to have a subpar sleeping experience.

The property is well maintained but did not enjoy the amount noise created by the nearby road as well as noise that could be heard whenever somebody walked down hallway or floor above. The breakfast was very average with just basic items when compared to other hotels. Will look to stay elsewhere next trip.

Sorry about the noise. We are actively sound-proofing the rooms. We also have rooms away from the road. As for the food, it is a continental breakfast and some guests love it. Would love to know which hotels' FREE breakfast is better? Thanks for your stay.

As an infrequent Wyndham guest, I was unaware Hawthorn and La Quinta are in bed together. No mention of La Quinta involvement on Expedia. So, when I arrive on a rainy night, strictly relying on GPS in an unfamiliar area, it was confusing to find a LQ sign on the building I had been looking for. No mention of Hawthorn Inn. After a lot of excess driving, my copilot finally saw the name - in letters no more then a quarter the size of LaQuinta - at the very top of a 4-story building that had no access to the property on that side! If the Wyndham brand manager for Hawthorn is competing with the manager for LQ, they’re losing badly.

Love the story. I am sorry about the Brand confusion and yes, I've been told I talk to myself sometimes. The co-branding is something Wyndham is trying out, as we're the 2nd version of this experiment. Thank you for your feedback and hope to see you on the Laquinta side next time?

Nice and clean with kitchenette. Unfortunately the people staying above us seemed to start a gymnastics meet every night between midnight and 6am and the pounding on the ceiling was horrible not sure if it was lack of insulation or if the people were actually jumping up and down all night.

Sorry about the noise. We are actively sound-proofing our rooms. Also, please insist on the 4th floor, facing East. Those have the nicest views and no floor gymnastics.

Bel hôtel très propre et très beau. Par contre insonorisation est nulle. On entend les autos comme si on était sur la rue. Il y a eu aussi un genre de party juste à côté de l’hôtel et la musique était très forte. Bref bel hôtel mais ils ont besoin de changer leurs fenêtres

Low quality motel
A new building but with a lot of negatives. Shower has a “super economical” showerhead (read: very bad water pressure). A dishwasher but no detergent. There is no noise protection, dampening, etc. Hard floor surfaces: Anyone walking upstairs will keep you awake. Traffic noise from the busy street as well. Wall are like paper. Hard to concentrate on relaxing let alone on working. The breakfast is miserable (lukewarm coffee already 6AM, very limited selection, grayish overcooked scrambled eggs, dry sausages…).
