I genuinely liked this hotel and was close to everything . It is just steps from the riverwalk and scenery is so beautiful. Hotel is big and clean,and safe. Valet staff was very kind and helpful. What I didn’t like: When I first arrived I told the lady at the front desk I Ubered from airport ,she told me they offer free shuttle 24 hours and to make sure I let them know the day before I leave and they could take me to the airport. When I called the night before they told me I couldn’t get a shuttle because it was too early in the morning. It was very hard to get a Uber that early in the morning and I almost missed my flight so that was very stressful. The girl working at the grab and go coffee place was also very rude. When I went to get a cup of coffee, she said we don’t have much left here ( at 8am) you need to go downstairs to the restaurant if you want coffee. She was very rude and I felt unwelcome. Other than those 2 things, everything else was lovely.

Perfect location to walk anywhere. Parking on the streets is easy also if you don’t want to pay the overnight fees. Room was very comfortable. Wish it had a mini fridge. Only part that was irritating is house keeping was knocking at our door at 845am the day of checkout. Clearly didn’t look at her list to see we were checking out and hadn’t yet. But no biggie. Pool looked nice, but we didn’t have time to use it. Also had live musician by the pool which was cool. Convenient store had good options for snacks, sandwiches, drinks and alcohol. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is beautiful! The pool is simple, but nice with a nice seating area as well. Located in downtown Wilmington, you are very centrally located to shops, restaurants, activities and sights. I would highly recommend staying here and taking advantage of the shuttle if you are flying in and out of ILM.

Had to pay extra for parking. When eating at the restaurant for Mother’s Day, I noticed the sever giving out roses to all the mothers. My mother was missed. The bed nor towels were made or given daily, no complimentary water nor coffee in the lobby, got over charged in the restaurant.

A very average hotel. Front desk didn’t give me the whole talk about the amenities, check out time or even my room number when checking in. Just handed me my keys for my room and key for parking. Yes they charge for parking, and “incidentals” and another $20 after I checked out in the morning. These guys really need money bad to keep the hotel running u suppose.

Hotel was very clean, and the king size bed was very comfortable. Easy and quick access to the riverwalk. Check in was easy and efficient, even though they were very busy and short staffed.

This hotel was great. Really perfect location. Big rooms. Nice staff. Cafe and restaurant on site. Will be my go-to. Only isue was internet was down for 24 hours, but I was told that's not the norm and was also offered a comp for a dinner at the restaurant. All in all, a pretty perfect place to stay.

Beautiful hotel & view of the river. Comfortable beds. Front desk staff were awesome. The valet staff were awesome. ($25 valet/$20self park/per day) No mini frige, coffee maker or microwave in room. No free coffee downstairs. The coffee bar attendant was a little hard to find when you need your coffee 1st thing in the AM. The bartender was missing for several minutes, then when he came back he didn’t greet me or smile. Unfriendly.

Got to the hotel at 4pm for the listed check in time. Was told the room was not clean and would be ready in an hour. We come back an hour later and we are given our room and room keys. When we approached the room the door was cracked open and the room was still dirty. We went back to the front desk and they "upgraded" our room. We had dinner plans so we dropped our stuff off in the room and went to dinner. We explored downtown Wilmington a bit and returned to the room around 11pm. When we got back into the room we found out that not only was our shower not working, but the water in our room was not working at all. We couldn't use the sink, flush the toliet, or shower. With it being so late we decided to suck it up and deal with it, but we will definitely never return.

No fridge we had a room that was suppose to be a beautiful river view and it was a roof view, also rooms were small So disappointing They helped us out a lol appreciate that a lot!

The location is what I liked best about the property. Following that the staff were very cordial and helpful, and under a little stress. The least liked aspect is trying to call the hotel. The number listed for the property on most internet sites does not go to the hotel. I physically had to go to the property to change hotel reservations.

Our experience wasn't the best only because our room was right behind the elevator shaft and that is what we heard all night long. However, the management was very apologetic, and I mentioned that quite possibly that would be a great place to relocate the ice machine along with soda machines. The management was very apologetic and insisted we have a free breakfast and hopefully in the future we can revisit.
